I used the massager for 3 days in a row , I certainly noticed vast improvement in my neck , I have a really sore lower back since using the massager so I have stopped using it for now . Not sure if this was caused by the massager but I didn't have any lower back pains prior .

Nice and soft pillow that provides blissful warmth, comfortable for the back.

Had neck problems/headaches for some time now. Went to neurosurgeon after MRI showed some bulging discs. Surgeon ordered nerve block to avoid surgery if possible. It didn’t feel like a nerve pain though, block didn’t do anything past the day I had it. It was muscular. The more I read, the more I felt that was it. Saw your pillow and gave it a chance. It’s wonderful and has helped me in a very short time. I use it once or twice a day, if my neck feels tight or feels like it may hurt! So far your product is the only thing that’s helped! Let’s just pray it keeps the doctor away, lol.

I don't know if it's helping my neck but I fall alseep every night using it.

I ordered an item that went on sale for even less then what I paid for it before receiving it. One reply email to the company and they credited back the difference. No fight, they just took care of it. I'm looking forward to trying it.

The vibration has different rhythms (from short bursts to sustained vibration) which loosen the neck muscles. The heat therapy is quite hot when tuned to max, so mostly I use the lowest setting. I like the simple 2 buttons operation with no remote and auto switch-off after 30 mins. For under US$100, this works well for me so far. I read people complain of weak massaging function, but do know that its vibration and not massage it provides. There are zippers to access the yellowish sticky soft gel-like foam piece inside. So the covers can be removed for washing.

Amazing purchase cant praise it enough.
Sleeping better, headaches have gone, shoulder pain improved, all by using for 30 mins an evening.
Would definitely recommend.

Ordering was easy and communication has gone well. I have been using the device for 2 1/2 weeks and have not noticed much relief from neck pain and no relief for migraines.i will continue to use it daily to see if it gets better better.

The product does not work for me. I have tried everything they suggested and they will not let me return it. Horrible customer service

I have used it each day for 15 mins and it seems to do a good job. On a couple of occasions it has helped to get rid of a headache without taking any drugs. I am a fan!,

My headache in the morning are going away . I’ve been doing it for 30 min sometimes 2 x a day so far .

The Fisio neck massager is a vibrator not a massager. I am a massage therapist and a physical therapist, and I know what a massage is supposed to do. The promotional video is highly misleading implying that the device reaches deeper muscles when this device primarily vibrates the skin. Buyer beware. Please also note that the return process is a nightmare. They make you wait 30 days and even then they try to talk you out of it. I’m done with this company.

I’ve only been using it for a week but it has had a huge impact already. The pain has reduced. I am still going to see a chiropractor as my neck manoeuvrability has been so limited and painful, but this machine has allowed me to sleep at night without constantly waking up in pain, my movement has improved and the difference was immediate.

The Artuvate team is eager to help with. Before I knew it, Artuvate was sending me a new neck and shoulder massager to replace a charging issue I had with the one I purchased almost a year prior.

Clear instructions on how to troubleshoot problem; prompt answer to resolve it with replacement. Great customer service all the way around.

The fit is great....just the right amount of height and supports neck well in various lying positions. I have neck weakness, tension and some restriction due to multiple injuries over decades which has made it challenging going to sleep or returning to sleep. Have tried so many different pillows. This is truly the best! Thank you.
