The ornaments are cheap - they are laser cut and look NOTHING as they are pictured!! Even when I specifically asked if the ornaments came in the box as shown on their advertisement and was told yes, they do not. Also, the ornaments look like they are made from crystals, they are NOT. They are laser cut and very cheap...BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I purchased Artveragifts Dolly Parton coin for my Sister who absolutely loves Dolly & unfortunately the coin I received is a good 50% smaller than the one depicted in their adds! Plus, the colors are much dimmer, also the beautiful velvet lined box shown in the sales add, yeah, it was not received either, in other words... DON'T DO IT, IT'S A SCAM!!

I do not recommend buying anything from this company. The quality of the products I received did not match what was advertised and was extremely poor. Delivery took far too long, and some of the items I purchased were never delivered.

Their customer service is terrible and ineffective. They do not resolve problems or provide satisfactory assistance. Their prices are far too high for the extremely poor quality of the products and service they provide.

I ordered a 250 Year USA puzzle 5 weeks ago and it is still not delivered. It was coming from China! The said their records showed that it was delivered and the tracking info from USPS said it was not delivered because of of counterfeit postage. Over the past weeks I've asked them to refund my money five times and they have ignored my requests. I don't expect to receive neither the order nor the refund at this point.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! I ORDERED AN ITEM 12 DAYS AGO. THEY NEVER RESPOND TO ANY INQUIRIES SUCH AS WHERE THE ITEM I PURCHASED IS. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR A FULL INVESTIGATION & I GAVE DECLINED THE CHARGE THEY PLACED ON MY CREDIT CARD.

Ordered the Cardinal Solar lantern for $40 which was advertised as being a large solar charged light which comes on automatically and charges through the day. What I got was a flimsy ornament that looks like something I could get in a dollar store. The light is slightly over 2” and is not solar. I contacted the company for a refund and directions on a return. They continually told me that they couldn’t find my order even though I still had and sent a copy to them of my order documentation. Now I have to fight to get my money back. Stay away from this company.

I ordered 2 puzzles from this company for America 250 Birthday back on the 20th of July 2026. It is now the 4th of August and no puzzles. The only way to contact the company is through email. No phone number is listed. When I email them I hear nothing back from them. I believe I was scammed. I would not order from them.
