As a handmade piece, the painting took a bit of time to complete, but the communication was smooth and reassuring. Delivery was well handled, and the artwork arrived safely. The texture and colors clearly reflect its quality, and the final result was worth waiting for.

I really enjoyed following the process of this artwork. Because it is handmade, it took a little longer to be completed, but shipping was fast afterward. The painting arrived well protected and in perfect condition. The final result exceeded my expectations and brought a lot of personality to the space.

I ordered artwork and received it quickly, delivery was timely and well-packaged.
However, the piece looked very different from the listing photos and description. Stock photo was neutral with taupes and gray-blues and the item i received was BLACK AND ORANGE. It looked like Halloween art . The seller had promised to send a photo of the actual item before shipping so I could confirm it met my expectations, but that never happened despite multiple claims t/o the purchasing process.
When I requested a return, the AI response was polite but only offered a full refund after I return the item at my own expense, in original condition. No prepaid label or assistance with return shipping was provided, even though the issue was due to the product not matching what was shown/promised. This made the "hassle-free returns" claim on their site feel misleading, as it added significant inconvenience and potential cost for me. ON top the additional costs i had incurred including import fees.
Customer service relied heavily on repeated automated or templated replies, which didn't lead to a quick or satisfactory resolution.
The mismatch in product representation and the burdensome return process made this a disappointing experience overall. I wouldn't recommend purchasing here unless clearer product previews and more supportive return options are implemented.

From the very beginning, the experience was very positive. The painting was carefully hand-painted, which is evident in the texture and the layers of color. The production time was reasonable, and the team responded clearly to all my questions. The artwork arrived perfectly packaged, with the frame well protected and ready to hang. In the space, it adds warmth and a very elegant artistic touch.

This company is a complete scam. The painting I received looks nothing like the images shown on their website. It resembles a child’s practice sketch rather than a professional artwork. The quality is shockingly poor. I feel completely misled and ripped off. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in any products coming from China. I will never fall for this kind of fraud again.

This is 100% a scam!!! I believe the positive reviews are posted by the company. I paid 500$ for a painting that looks like it was painted by someone at a sip and paint party. You can not even tell what it is. Colors are nothing like advertised, splattered plaster on the canvas, cheap aluminum frame. Horrific. They have agreed that I am owed a refund, but I have to ship the painting back. Shipping costs 922$. And that’s how they are tricking people. Beware and do not buy. This is someone in china running a scam.

I placed an order with them in January for the Golden Harmony texture tree canvas. While they shipped the art on time - I was shocked to see the art in person which was simply a poor imitation of what was represented online. The flower petals which are supposed to be beautiful magnolias look like what elementary school kids would paint... In addition while they claim a risk free return policy - note that the return has to be shipped to China with customer bearing full costs. And for an art which was 36*72 inches you can imagine what that might be. Most aggravating fact was that I have a prior bad experience with a seller from China in which case I actually shipped the return but it never arrived there and I have made it my personal policy to never buy products that require return shipping overseas. This website cleverly omits to clearly mention that vital factoid. On contacting the seller they offered to make a second art of my choosing which to me is pointless as I knew by then I would hate anything that came from them. I battled with them for hours on Whatsapp and asked that they refund atleast 60-70% of my cost as doesn't it make sense that if they can make and ship a second piece of art for the same price then why not refund my money? Also being Asian origin myself I know the costs of production and shipping to US from Asian countries which is peanuts compared to costs in the US. After a point they offered $500 and stopped responding to texts. I refused and argued over two sleepless nights (as they only respond during working hours in China) and eventually just accepted the $500. I still feel completely swindled as the total cost to me after their discount was about $1300. Buyer beware!
PS: I wish Trustpilot would allow images to be posted so i can show the difference between what they showcase online vs what is actually received.

I’m so impressed with this abstract oil painting. The artist’s use of bold colors and brush strokes gives the piece such an exciting energy. It brings life to my space and has quickly become my favorite piece of art in my home.

Ordered 3 pictures and they look like cheap junk. Save your money and shop elsewhere

This abstract oil painting is a work of art. The combination of shapes, colors, and textures is mesmerizing. Every time I look at it, I find something new to appreciate. It has brought such an artistic vibe to my home, and I’m so happy with my purchase.

I was sent cheap artwork - looks lovely online but the quality it bad. It arrived to me damaged (packaging was in perfect condition so it wasn’t due to shipping). they have the option for “rolled art” which should not be an option for delivery at all because once opened all the art is damaged. I asked for a refund seeing as they sent me damaged art - happy to send the damaged art back but to my surprise they refused and instead tried to negotiate a price for me to pay MORE money to get a replacement.

The below response from them is also false. They have just been ignoring my messages without offering me a solution. Their return policy on the website is also lies.

Update - they are now bribing me to remove the review and only then they will offer me 80% refund. They have ignore me for weeks. Complete fraudsters. Never ever ever shop here unless you want terrible art work, terrible customer service and to lose money

The artwork is beautiful, but the shipping was disappointing. The packaging was damaged when it arrived, and the frame had some wear and tear. Although they refunded part of the money and sent me a new frame, it was meant to be a gift, and the delay was frustrating.

The artwork is beautiful and exactly what I expected, but due to the holiday season, the delivery was a bit delayed. Only when I received the painting did I feel like my room was truly complete. I hope next time it can arrive a bit faster.

I couldn’t be happier with this flower oil painting. The colors are so rich and lively, it’s like the flowers are blooming right before my eyes. The painting has a wonderful depth to it, and the texture of the paint gives it a luxurious feel. It’s a perfect addition to my home.

The oil painting of the tree I bought is absolutely gorgeous. The colors are rich, and the details in the bark and leaves are so realistic. It really adds an earthy touch to my living room. It’s a perfect representation of nature’s beauty. So glad I bought it!

Ideally 0 rating. Similar to others, I was not aware that this work was going to be produced by unskilled laborers in China. Before receiving it, due to the long lead time, I received an update with pictures of the “finished”, shoddy work that looks nothing like the reference art on the web. The indication on the site that the work is done by a particular artist is completely fraudulent, and now looking more closely I see that there is a constant reuse of this artist in the site with very low probability that he is the artist for all. What was prepared doesn’t have the same colors, style, texture - anything close to what was ordered. It is, quite honestly, the least attractive piece I’ve seen. I am now in a loop pursuing a refund. They continue to offer to try to correct what is uncorrectable with a different artist, which translates into more waiting for more shoddy work.This company is perpetuating a fraud and all consumers should be wary. I would not trust the positive reviews. There are too many ways to source/fake favorable ratings. I took photos of the work vs. the promoted art that I’ve shared with them. It’s shameful, & I may have to pursue bank and/or legal recourse for a refund for >$1k trash heap.

As of tonight, I have received another email thanking me for my continued trust & patience while disregarding my full refund - offering instead, “for my patience”, a $300-$500 credit and another shoddy artwork. This is the worst, fraudulent and troubling transaction I’ve ever had. I am concerned for my credit information & who is on the other side of this basement business. This hustle should be investigated & restricted.

Feb 22 update: Within 24 hours of my review posting, I received an email from Artvista specifying that they would process my refund. They also stated that they observed my review. I replied requesting when my refund would be processed, & they have now sent 3 emails stating that I would receive my refund once this negative review is deleted. Their website specifies in bold font that they offer a 30-day no risk money back guarantee; however that is clearly not the case. I am deeply dissatisfied with the work even before receiving it, which saves all the headache of dealing with a return, & instead of a refund as committed, I have been met with unethical treatment & a practice tantamount to blackmail by withholding my >$1k "hostage" unless I participate in their unethical process. I will be engaging my credit card provider & legal counsel, & will inform you all what it takes to (hopefully) reach the appropriate outcome of the receiving the refund that is a stated yet unmet guarantee from Artvista.

February 23 ET, I have received another email from Artvista in reply to another request for my refund. Notable difference in tone from the most recent series of 3 emails with 1 sentence saying that I would get a refund only if/once I remove this review. This email again refers to this review & likely having noticed that it isn’t removed & is instead updated with their malicious behavior, they have moved back to apologetic form & now attempt to play on my sympathies for them as a small business & all of the workers again (though in “softer” surely BS tone when compared to their arrogance in recent emails) reinforcing that I would not receive a refund unless I remove this review. That is not a condition of the refund policy as I have read it. If they want honest (not paid for or falsified) reviews, they should do the right thing as a company. The right thing is certainly not requiring masking their inappropriate, unethical (and pretty sure blackmail is illegal …) behavior. I will keep this forum apprised of when I receive my refund and what courses of action must be pursued to receive what is due to me. I have engaged my bank for the fraudulent transaction so to failure to deliver and blackmail for refund. I raised a dispute with PayPal, and I have engaged my lawyer to assess damages for this waste of time, energy, and currently money lost as a result of this fraud. Hopefully I can update you all that this has been resolved soon.

After my updated post & not acquiescing to the blackmail of deleting the post in order to get a refund, there was a sudden commitment to refunding my money - still with an ask to delete the post but with a sudden shift in tone vs. the recent effectively threat/blackmail 1-liner emails that I would receive my due [“no risk money back guarantee refund” …] after I deleted this review. Refund pending. “Softened” emails have picked up (fear of updates?) Shameful.
