If I could give Aruba Delight less than one star I would, ordered this sauce in December it is now January 23, 2018 and nothing ! I have since sent several messages to which they responded only once stating they would give me a response and send me the package I ordered. I would not recommend using this company nor would I ever trust a company that processes a payment but never sends a confirmation order number, tracking information or a prospective time frame for receipt of an order. I will be contacting the BBB to report this fraudulent business practice.

This company is absolutely awful and its unfortunate because they are selling such an excellent product. After visiting Aruba in November, I ordered several bottles of their hot sauce on December 21, 2017. I was promptly charged for my order, but never received a confirmation of my order or shipping details from the company. I have contacted them several times via email and social media since then and have received several excuses. They indicated that they were backlogged, but that they would send me the shipping information promptly. Twelve days later and I have still not received any information regarding my order. My only option is to have the charge reversed from my credit card. Please do not do business with this merchant. They will take your money and send you no product. Buyer Beware!

If I had the ability to give them less than a one, I would! In early December I ordered a bottle of hot sauce, and here it is January 16, 2018 and I haven't received it yet. I have issued inquiries with with this company and they have gone on answered. I don't trust this company at all! And at this point I'm going to have to dispute my credit card in order to get this resolved.

In August I ordered a jar of the hot sauce, but when I received it the seal had been compromised so I took a picture and requested a replacement jar. Over the course of the next TWO MONTHS emails went back and forth explaining that I hadn't yet received the replacement and assurances that it was on its way. Nope- never received it....now 4 months later. Boo.

I placed placed an order on Aug 21, have been charged and have not received the hot sauce. I will be contacting Paypal to cancel my payment. They say they guarantee delivery and that had problems in September but have not heard from since and they do not answer emails. Very disappointed.

3 weeks today...still no confirmation email....no contact...no hot sauce...but they took my money real quick! Very disappointed because the hot sauce is amazing...wish I could cancel my order but have not had any communication. Anyone there!? ;/

They have the best hot sauce called 'Madam.' Both my daughters love it. Delivery is quick and reliable .

I've tried many hot sauces but this is by far the best. It just enhances a dish without taking away the original flavour.

I was born in Aruba and my family comes from there I order hot sauce knowing how great it is and was excited for it to come to the states since we moved her since 1999 and only on vacations we would bring back the hot sauce but this customer services was really bad like horrible I can’t explain how many emails and phones I had to make since my package never arrived and when it did it was an empty box so it was an on going battle until they just stopped picking up my phone calls and ignored all my emails after trying to help me I never got my product after 5 months of emiling back and forth I will never purchase an item again from this company took my money out the same day but can’t even ship the product before taking money out wish I could write a different review but it’s just how they needed up treated me as a costumer. Raymond the employer I was emailing and even talked to over the phone promised to send me a tracking code and new hot sauce but he never emailed me or got back to me about my purchase

My spouse and I first tasted the hot sauce in Aruba at a local restaurant and loved it. It is hot and flavorful. When I got back to the US I looked up the company and found their website and ordered hot sauce for delivery to the US. I am now on my 3rd order and it is always the first hot sauce I grab for breakfast with eggs and with chicken at lunch and dinner.

I highly recommend this company and their products.

This sauce is delicious just as we remember from vacation - just a touch of sweet with a good punch of heat. Very unique taste and highly recommended!

We discovered Aruba delight when we were in Aruba a few months ago. We were so happy to find that we could buy it online.

Best hot sauce ever! We order frequently when we cannot travel to Aruba to dine a Madame Janette's which is where we first discovered this precious gem. Glad this can be ordered online. Great on pasta and chili.

This product is fantastic! We used to hoard it like dragons when we got back from Aruba. Thankfully, they now ship state-side; so, we can enjoy fresh Payapa Hot whenever we want.

Really cannot speak highly enough about this sauce. Just the right amount of heat and sweetness. Pairs well with white means, cold cuts, and fruit. Even a decent wine pairing for a White Rioja, or anything with tropical fruit notes.

We had this sauce on Aruba, and it was a lovely souvenir and gift. Highly recommended!

THE BEST, most delicious hot sauce I've ever tasted. I was in Aruba and tried this sauce at a local restaurant with my barracuda, and it was phenomenal. I was addicted ever since. I bought 2 bottles of it, which were taken away from me at the airport sadly (I forgot to put them in my checked bags). So I ordered some more when I got back home. I used the entire bottle within 2 weeks! I put it on everything! I can't say enough how delicious Aruba Hot Delight is!

Great sauce. Use it on hot dogs and burgers.
