Good price, great communication in that unlike other skips companies Arun do reply to emails enquiries, nice staff and overall a seamless experience, would recommend.

We were given the wrong address by the broker you used, we charged them, they charged you and added something for themselves as well judging by the cost. We have only delivered where we were advised to deliver yet we are scored one star.

Would never use again !! Put a hole in my hedge while dropping off skip and tried to hide it as I was out - did not leave any paperwork - Then suddenly turned up today to collect saying it was in the terms and conditions that I could not have it longer than two weeks ( As I did not have the terms n conditions I would not have known) Did not leave a receipt as requested when I booked it paying by card. Then manager was extremely rude on the phone when I challenged the situation and hung up on me when I tried to explain that I had not received any phone message or paperwork from him about the collection date etc - ARUN WASTE - Don't bother using them there are plenty of others that deserve your business.

Good Morning,
This customer seems to have left a lot of information out of his rant so I will fill them in for him.
1. Made no mention of the hedge to us at all
2. The skip was well over due, we called out of courtesy and left a message to state that and we would be coming to collect.
3. You stated you were abroad, no mention of this on the rant, or when you returned from "abroad" you picked up your messages.
4. Yes i can confirm the phone was put down on you as your use of language became shall we say colourful, we do not accept foul language.
5. Invoice is always given and or posted at time of delivery which states terms and conditions, if you choose to throw it away, not read it or misplace it we cannot be held responsible.
6. Its sad when you dont get what you want you point the finger at someone else and try to place poor reviews on something in the end you didnt fully pay for.
Can’t fault them.
Decided to use Arun Waste instead of another well known skip hire company because although they were slightly more money they were really helpful when I phoned them. Glad I did.
Skip arrived nice and early and was placed exactly where I wanted it.
When I wanted it collected they told me it would be within three days, this would have meant being collected Friday. It hadn’t been collected Friday midday so gave them a quick call and was reassured it would be gone later that days or definitely by Saturday.
Saturday came, had breakfast went to go out and it had gone! Have it a quick hose and you would never know it had been there.
The hire was less than two weeks in total, they picked it up the morning after they said. Fair enough in these strange times, especially when they are so busy.
Office staff and drivers all professional and helpful and they got my business because of it.
Would be happy to use them again.

Skip was collected one week and 3 phone…
Skip was collected one week and 3 phone calls after we asked for it to be collected
Also the driver removed a wooden table top which was flat on top of the waste, he left it on the drive

Collections are usually down within a 3 day turnaround but due to the covid situation it was taking longer than usual for this collection which we apologise for. The table top was deemed as unsafe as it was over the lip of the skip and liable to fall out on a car behind us, we cant allow that as health and safety is our first concern. Customers are always disappointed when we only take what waste they have paid for. Thankyou
