Shoes arrived nothing to do with Clark’s.plasticy and coming away at toe. The smell of adhesive was so strong you could smell it through the packaging.company offered £7 refund and to keep the shoes.I paid £23. And the shoes we’re awful so couldn’t get return address until I involved PayPal.then got address in China sent them back cost £11. I don’t care now about the money it just angers me that these rouge companies are misadvertising and getting money with no come back. Don’t buy off them

Don't buy any thing from this site it's a scam I ordered shoes from them and I have been waiting for over 4 weeks couldn't find a phone number for costumer service and the email address does not exist called my cc company to investigate

Absolute rubbish and not as listed. Product is cheap smelly rubber and synthetic….not leather as advertised. Plus they sent the wrong size. Should have known better! Do not buy!!

I also had a horrible experience. They offered me $15.00 for a 58.00 purchase, finally had to report them to Pay Pal. They will not give a refund.

I was very impressed by the speed of which my package arrived - as well, each dress was nicely placed in reusable bags. They quality of the fabric and the sewing was also very impressive… even my seamstress said each stitch was of high quality! Will definitely continue to shore here!!

Delivery was very late from my actual order date, later I found out that they were waiting for one item that has been delaying to collect, but there was no communication till I asked what happened with my order.

Bought 3 dresses. Pleased with quality although a little on the large/long side so might adjust hem. I'm 5'4" and 118 lbs.

After receiving a piece of clothing that looked nothing like the photos and was of terrible quality. Customer service spent 5 emails trying to bargain with me over refunds and refusing to give me the details I needed until pushed. I would stay well away from a company that operates like this…

I hesitate even giving this company one star! It deserves ZERO! I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. My dress arrived a couple of weeks after ordering. Very poor quality and thin fabric! Plus it didn't fit well. When I inquired about returning it, they tried to negotiate and at first offered me $7 compensation and asked me to keep the dress. Then a day later they offered me $15 and asked me to keep the dress. I reviewed their "30 Days Easy Return/Exchange" policy - WHICH IS ANYTHING BUT - (which I fell within based on the time frame and my dissatisfaction with the quality), and they ignored my request to return. Then they told me that I could return the dress to an address in Dubai at my own expense. It is obvious that they don't like their merchandise being returned. They essentially bully customers into keeping it. They last offered me $20 and asked me to keep the dress. I countered with $25, which is much less than what I paid, and said that I would donate the dress to a local women's shelter. The company, which was previously responding within 24 hours, has gone silent in the past 5 days. I don't expect to hear back. This company has FRAUDULENT practices. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I didn't even want to give them one star. Horrible company. I inquired about how to return my order and they replied with "we'll give you part of your refund, you can donate the other clothes". This company is a scam. And the product is cheap cheap cheap. Took forever to receive it too. Nothing good to say!

Do NOT buy from this company! Their pics are beautiful… the fabric is gross. AND they don’t refund!! Also … they have many websites under one umbrella … so beware!

Worst purchase I’ve ever made online. On their website the three dresses I ordered looked beautiful but what I received looked nothing like what I ordered. The three dresses I received are very cheap quality and the prints are outright ugly and I will never wear them. As far as shipping, it took forever for me to receive my order. My fault by not reading the fine print, they don’t offer refunds, they only offer an exchange in size for the same item you purchased which obviously I don’t want to exchange the size of the cheap quality ugly dresses I received. I will never order from them again and I’ve told everyone I know to save their money and shop elsewhere this is definitely a bait and switch company.

Ordered two dresses which looked lovely on there website the material is poor quality when i tried to return for a full refund said it would cost me so send them back and offered me $45 and to keep the dresses, e-mailed back and forth decided to accept there offer as getting no where. Be careful if you want to buy but be prepared if they are no good you wont get a refund.
