I'm hopeful about where this goes.
Working with David and team at AA was definitely a challenge, but a useful one at that. not everything went smoothly, but tbf we were warned. The first few weeks were especially rough. Some of my staff really pushed against the new tools and systems and there was frustration. Productivity dipped, which we all saw coming, but it still sucked to experience it. but David and his team didn't disappear. When issues came up, they actually helped us work through them. By week four, things started clicking. What really impresses me now that we're on the other side of this is how much.. self-sufficiant everything became. Before, all was kind of intertwined but somehow still dependent on a few key ppl that got overwhelmed all the time. Now my team knows exactly who's responsible for what & how it connects and how to handle problems. The workflow between departments improved too ---- things that used to take forever are moving now. There's still room for improvement though. The interface between modules and especially some people modules feels clunky in places, and there's routine stuff that I'd hope be automated but isn't. I've mentioned it to David a few times, and it seems work is going towards fixing that alr. I think they actually care about making my business better, so I'm hopeful about where this goes.
