The Asan cup has been a game changer for me! I had been thinking about changing over (from tampons) for a while, but wasn’t sure where to start. As stated in the leaflet it does take a couple of cycles to really get the hang of it, but once you have the knack, it’s so easy! You cannot feel it (I was getting a little pain/irritation with tampons) it’s incredibly easy to clean and lasts for years!
My body feels so much better for it, no waste like tampons and once you’ve bought it, you don’t have to spend money for years! (I use it alongside period pants, from a different brand, so no extra money there either!)
Would highly recommend!

I've been a menstrual cup user for over 10 years and Asan is by far the best one I've used. It's slightly smaller than other cups and the silicone is very soft and flexible making it very comfortable. The ring for removal is also a game changer which not only makes it more comfortable, but makes removal a breeze. The cleanser is also handy and has become a staple in my menstrual routine. Highly recommend, especially to those who struggle with cups.

At the grand old age of...old😳 I have found a solution that is comfortable and inexpensive.
I used to use a combination of towels and moon cup since having my child but towels felt unhygienic and the moon cup very uncomfortable and I did not get along with the feeling of tampons.

Thought I would give this cup a go and I can report that for me, the Asan menstrual cup is easy to use, no leaking and comfortable rounded tip that does not dig into your skin when sat down. Periods are hard enough to deal emotionally and mentally and so I can rest easier managing the physicality. Thank you

Switching to the Asan cup is the best decision I could have made for my period! It's easy to insert and the ring makes me way less anxious about getting it out. Can't ever think of going back to using anything else!!

Love this design!! It’s so thoughtful. The colour is red so it never discolours, the material is really lovely so it doesn’t leak (even when using overnight!!) and it’s really easy to use. Would 100% recommend.

After using menstrual cups for several years I was reccomended Asan and wow I wish I’d switched sooner! The design makes it super comfortable with no leaks and the ring to help with easy removal is genius! I’d never go back now and will continue to reccomend Asan to everyone I know!

Absolute period game changer. Why is everyone not on these? So easy to use and especially love that ring on the bottom for easy removal which is something I struggled with my moon cup. Well done for a brilliant design!

I was on the lookout for a good quality, firm menstrual cup cup and Asan definitely suits my needs. The silicone quality and firmness of the cup are really great.

It does not leak, and I can wear it comfortably for 8-9 hours. Even on days when I work out and have a busy day, it keeps me going without any fear of leakage.

The best part about the cup is the ring - which makes it easy to have a grip on the cup while removing it.
