Delivery and pick up went very…

Delivery and pick up went very smoothly. Guys were professional and friendly. My only complaint is with the sales team. I was not explained that I could keep it longer and save money. I will definitely use this company again but ask more questions before renting.

This company took the full payment amount but doesn’t want to provide service.

Refund my money, in full amount. Pick up your bins. I’ll move to another company that would provide service.

You charged me for the sinks and would not refund the difference between the sinks and the hand washing stations. Will never use you again

Wedding Port-a-Potty - No show

I booked a portable toilet for my wedding. I had it set to be delivered two days before the wedding. It never came. I spent both of the two days prior to the wedding calling trying to get an update on where it was. They could not contact the drivers and could not give me an update, it was extremely frustrating and stressful. Eventually, they did get ahold of me, after the wedding, to confirm I had not received it. After the wedding, they did send me timely responses to any questions I had. My refund took a while to come, but I did receive a full refund for the transaction. It was mostly out of their hands, but it was still an extremely difficult situation to try to navigate through before my wedding.

Not good

For my part, it is the worst company that can ever be seen. My experience with them was very bad. I placed an order 3 days before and on the day of the event, 2 hours before, they called me to say that they are very sorry that they are busy and that they will not be able to bring me the product, but If they can't, why they charge, it's the worst company. I don't recommend it.

Great company, would order again

Booking was thorough and they make sure all of my information was accurate. Delivery was so much easier than I was expecting and the guy delivering was very accommodating and nice. Overall great company and would order from them again!

We never received our order

We never received our order. It was absolutely the worst situation possible. We had a party of 80 people and we wanted our guest not use our bathroom in our house. But thanks to your no show everyone had to use our bathroom. I will never recommend your company to anyone. Hope we can get out money back

Zero Hassle, Zero Mess

Delivery of our portable toilet occurred exactly on time and I did not even have to be on site. Weekly cleaning has been reliable and thorough. The price is better than the other companies I checked out. Zero complaints!
