I've been vaping for 15 years, and I've never come across somebody so passionate about ensuring a customer is so well looked after.
Their customer service is exceptional. They genuinely care about providing you with exactly what you want/need, and clearly have superb knowledge of their products as their recommendation was spot on.
To top it off, they threw in some goodies which weren't the usual tat you get - genuinely usable worthwhile inclusions that I'm very happy to try out. I was like a kid at Xmas opening the box!
