Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service.
They came on site promptly, at the agreed time and did the survey within an hour or so. That was ok, the problem was in getting a report back from them. They claim to release their survey report within 48 hours of payment being cleared. What they don't tell you is they have a get out excuse, they blame delays on the lab that does their sample analysis for them and which is a separate company.
Getting hold of anyone to speak to is a nightmare, what you get is an automated message and if your lucky, someone will hear your message and call you back, but don't hold your breath. After several hours and numerous emails and messages trying to get someone to look into the non issue of their report, someone finally contacted me only to inform me "it's not our fault guv, it's the Lab doing the sample analysis". Yea right, I'm still waiting!
