100% honest opinion
One of the best experiences I had when it comes to hiring people to pass my challenges.
Firstly, the cost of hiring them is very reasonable. I actually searched a lot for several other companies that could provide this service but none come close.
Secondly, they literally passed my challenge within MINUTES of the NYSE opening which was unreal. While I did use the FTM service, it was still quite a challenge as the prop firm I purchased the account from was Kortana. As you may know, they have several strict rules as well as a relatively low leverage of 30:1. However, it was still not a problem for them what so ever.
Lastly, their customer service was impeccable. They were very polite and understanding (as I was constantly bothering them with questions) as well as replied very quickly which is a common problem I saw with the rest of the firms. Moreover, they are also experts in the field so they definitely know what they are doing.
Overall, a great experience. I cannot wait to also use their services in account management!
