Trading on AscendEX has alot of impact as their customer service response to issues immediately,new coins listing notifications makes it easy for one to buy and trade with much gain, withdrawals are made easy,it has been a smooth ride since i started using AscendEX Exchange

AscendEX is a good exchanger, the last time I made a transaction with it, I came out smiling and excited about it. If you have not been using AscendEX for exchange you are missing out already

Very smooth UI and easy to use ,

The withdrawal is smooth. The customer service is fast response and they have many listings every week which helps me in trading and getting profit.

For spot trading, they usually provide low spread and can fill up big amount of order.

For future trading, it is even better which they give future bonus for new user.

I will definitely recommend everyone to try AscendEX.

I lost all my coins due to an "inactivity fee". Overall fund of about 200$ have dissappeared stolen using this "inactivity fee". No exchange that I've used before has such a ridiculous fee.

According to them they will take $10 from your holdings EVERY MONTH after 12 months of trading inactivity until there is nothing.

Also all trading history is gone. There is no history of fees being deducted either.

Never using them again. They are thieves.

Stay away from this exchenge. I see a lot of people who got scammed by their "fees"

They say if rewards accumulate to 100'000 satoshi we can redeem them, but it seems they suspended the feature.
This is the answer from their support rep:
"Sorry. This feature is currently suspended, we will resume it as soon as possible, please be patient."
I guess they'll never going to enable it, reading the other 1 star reviews.

I can't access my account anymore, they've locked me out after being inactive during the bear market (since 2021). According to other reviews, my balance will probably be $0 now anyway due to their (surely illegal) monthly "inactivity fees". Customer service are not responding to me even though I've emailed multiple times.

I messaged an admin in the Telegram group and he pretended to be helpful by asking for my ticket number, then never looked into it. Then lied and told me the monthly inactivity fees I keep reading about are in the TOU. They are not! What's written there suggests a one off $10 fee, not a monthly fee till your balance is zero. Scammers!!!!

In their website they say you will receive your payout in 48 hours which is 2 days but me waiting for my payout for more than 4 days . if you ask before the 48 hours complete they will ask you to wait for 48 hours and after that 48hours if you ask also they will ask you to wait only . they wont pay bi-weekly . if you see closely you will request your pay out on the 14th day of your first trade . they will say 48hrs payout which is approximately 2 days . but you need to wait for at least 6-7 days for process payout and another 3-5 days to receive payout on the method which you requested. and you have to wait another 5 business days to for your account reset. which comes totally 17 working days . In a month we have 22 working days and this guys is eating those 17 trading days so that we remain have 5 trading days and that also depends on market condition . worst service ever and worst mods which are talking very rude . if you ask some questions correctly which is not answerable by them they will ban you from the server. F***off Ascendx

If you want to keep your money avoid this.. hard to buy and even worse to sell, loosing money everytime, not mentioning that they remove coins so all my assets are gone no coin no money...

I deposited 50 dollar to buy a coin on 6june2024. Price shoot up before my buying. And i didnt take any trade then.

And it was shocking when i checked it on 7june2024 that my account standing at 40dollar with zero trade…

Contacted support right after the issue…
And they didn't even reply.
I would say it is scam website…
Even if they return 10 dollar… i wont trust it anymore…

Scam. They won't let me withdraw my money!! They keep asking me to repeat my verification!!

Same story as others. They charge inactivity fees without informing you about it. Support does not respond.

Horrible company. They literally steal your crypto.

After delisting a token, they gave no direct notification to me as an affected party and simply kept all my tokens because I hadn't removed them within a month. A MONTH with no direct notification, just a Telegram notice. Customer support response: too bad, you should have removed your crypto with the month. Literally lost thousands of USD. Thieves.

This is for doing so bad to lot of people. Thank God I read these comments before I paid for it. I was about to pay, then I thought let's check the reviews first and here I am reading their disgusting image. They should be banned to waste people's time and money. Thanks again guys for saving me.

Just lost around 70 USDT when withdrawing. Customer support asked me to check with the receiving platfom. Checked, but no trace of deposit sent from Asendex.com. Very disappointing .... :(

ASCENDEX IS A SCAM
I tried to login but the account was blocked.
They asked me several documents that i sent but no response after 2 months. I tried to ping them every 2 or 3 days but no response.
