Scammers, I have bought Akash network and some Oxygen token about 3 years ago, now I've logged into the platform to see that I have 0 everything, like I am a totally new customer.

AscendEX runs a scam. Please avoid using them for holding your crypto. How can you take people investment without no explanation. In a bear market where there is no money to invest due to cost of living increase ,Asendex took the opportunity to steal from its customer. This is a clear scam. PLEASE AVOID ASCENDEX

AVOID. Much like the other reviews, I can confirm first hand that Ascendex are professional con artists that will take your money or your crypto. I did not sign in for some time and was shocked to login to my account and find my balance was $0, with no transaction history. If you contact via emails you will get 1 reply which won't be helpful. You can also contact them via Telegram, you will also not get far. Gage Bowser who runs the Ascendex telegram group, will reply to your message on it saying to reply directly to him, then does not respond. He will then block you from the group. They took c. $1,000 of my crypto.

THIEVES. Tokens routinely get delisted, and they give you a months notice - if you log on to the platform. If you don't withdraw, they TAKE YOUR MONEY with no comeback. They dont email or contact you in any other way. I bought some crypto as a long term investment, and so did not log in regularly. Disgusted to log on and find i have no crypto, no funds and absolutely no transaction history! Absolutely despicable. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

Worst crypto app, don t trust them. They usually remove coins. I understand lots of them are fraudulent or scams (is their responsabilities anyways to check this, not ours). They expect that if they send an email, which normally doesn't pop up as primary, to read this, but the coin will be removed without any other kind of prior notification... you haven t checked that? thats bad because all the funds/coins will be lost. Have other 5 friends, when they heard that from me they couldn t believe! Indeed scammets ar per 90% of the reviews. Avoid this and place safely your money elsewhere

They send dozens of advertisements every month soliciting people to join their platform and then simply stealing from people. In response, the person receives that everything is written down in the platform's rules and that by creating an account there, you agree to it. Run as far away from Ascendex as possible!!!

Ascendex are bunch of con artist.They run trading pairs themselves and then block withdrawals, taking your own tokens/money. Use Sįmpłębįnåryęaśyb instead.

They don't have the hugest liquidity, but I've never had any issues with deposits or withdrawals and their customer service is quick. The trading experience is great.

I never post any feedback but atfer what happened to me I have to inform people before they do the mistake to use this exchange.
I bought for an amount of 1500$ of a crypto asset 2 years ago, and just before yesterday I just wanted to buy more so i connected to my account when I saw that all have disapeared, no transaction history, no deposit history, anything like if my account was empty...
The only answer of the support is that they will charge me for 10$ of inactivity fee and they take you for stupid

I've tried Binance, Huobi, Okex, but Asdx fits in my pocket nicely. It's simple concept with easier learning curve but also sustained its security and reliability throughout the time.
The are constantly making improvements in terms of usability and product coverage but without the confusing trading interfaces like the others.
I highly recommend it
