What really stood out to us was the professionalism of our growth assistant. He has been understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. He’s been able to answer all of our (probably annoying 😉) questions so far, and we’ve seen a steady increase in our business traffic through instagram thanks to him.

It’s very expensive and slow… No free results. The trial period nothing happens it’s counterproductive. Then they tried to bill me but I had to block the transaction.
Then they offered me a free month if I paid then they would refund… They mention it’s a slow process and to pay for at least 3 months… They do communicate well.
If your willing to invest a lot of money to get some followers try it but there is certainly no hack to it.

The pre engagement marketing was really clear and fair and my interaction with them was very impressive. In the end I decided not to go forward after the free trial but I will more likely return to them next year when the timing is better. They returned my initial payment and I always felt like i was talking with a real person

I cancelled my membership with them after a few hours of subscription because I have problems with the follow unfollow method.
it would be unfair to rate them anything other than 5 stars because they deserve that rating despite of everything.

1 they are at your service if you have any questions and respond as soon as possible.
And even though before starting your trial or anything… they are really good for it!

They are at your service I mean for real!

They take initiatives and ask for your agreement. For example, my bank blocked their direct debits and my free trial automatically ended.I subscribed to a direct subscription because I really wanted to take advantage of their services than they avoided me having to subscribe twice by taking the initiative to cancel the previous one for me.

2- They give you solid advice like it make sens and they are goals oriented.

3- if your are not happy with their services and need a refund they are not arguing with you they just refund your money straight away which is means they are not into your money but into trying to help you the best as they can to reach your goals!
I’am an impatient person I like when things are going fast and I just decide to cancel because of that the delay between my suscription and they starting job didn’t give me satisfaction the delay was less than 24h btw

Anyway they are genuine no fake followers real ones so good luck guys!
