I joined in September and for the first couple months it was great, then they started deleting people I was following and even after messaging them to stop unfollowing people I had literally just followed they issued this long excuse about blah blah blah. I even told them to go ahead and follow new accounts with an unlimited ceiling but still they continued to unfollow accounts after I asked that they stop. This business is offering in basic terms a follow/unfollow service that you can do yourself. They promote it as a multifaceted approach but all they are doing is following and then unfollowing other accounts even accounts that they didn’t follow, they will unfollow for you causing headaches if you don’t immediately add your favourites to a “white list”. Even worse, now their system is down and you can’t even access your account to tell them to stop messing with your followers.

I spent 2 months on their starter plan. It was good. I would use again.

I worked with them for over 4 years. They handled both of my IG's at different points. I noticed the past few months a shift with their work and I didn't see nearly as much growth as I normally did and the followers that were following me weren't from the places I even told the company I wanted to have in my audience. After 3 months I only gained 500 followers. That just doesn't seem right after they've been working on my account for years. Also, they were really bad to respond to me. Sometimes 2 weeks went by.

I wasn't sure about this at the start. Now, two months in, and I'm amazed at the progress! Great work by the Ascend Viral team.

Absolutely A joke. Do not waste your time or your money. Everything went down. followers, engagement. Only thing that went up was the people I followed. No response from cust. service when I questioned them either. They said what do you mean. ?

I will not update my review and would like it posted as a review. I was an active user and due to negative attacks from this company i will be using a fake name. I did use the service and my credit card was charged.

There are no negative reviews from this company because they get them all taken down harassing the person that posted them. By email, reporting their social media platforms that they have access to and or getting them shut dow. TrustPilot is where you should be allowed to post true and honest reviews on how you were treated and/or the experience you had while utilizing the product from a company. They should not be allowed to harass you. You provide them access to your social media and I get at. But now it's scary. Please leave my honest and true review of this company up. I have chosen to not put this review with my real name and not with the email i used to contact this company. I have spoken to a bunch of people that gave bad reviews and they company take action agains them. I do not want that to happen to mine. Please do other research about this company and the reviews that were provided and/or taken down There has to be a ton more. Please expect that not everyone is happy with the service your company has provided and we are allowed to say so without being harassed by the company and CEO.
