Thanks to AscendViral our social media is almost on self-management mode. We haven't had the need to hire anyone to create high-cost ads to bring in more followers, as this task is now fully managed by this agency and they have done great so far.

The followers they provided were very spammy. They didn't do their homework to target the right accounts. It should take 10 minutes of work to find the right target accounts. The customer support was terrible. These people don't care about you. A waste of money. Also beware - they have a bunch of people promoting them on reddit. I'm guessing it's their people not true fans.

Please note - I was not being rude to the team members at Ascend Viral. I spent 50% of my marketing budget on them and expected good quality. We are a small startup with limited funds. We trusted Ascend Viral and were terribly disappointed. Their team member told me that I had to do the work I paid them to do myself. Any sane person would find that unacceptable. Also they made it seem like I was getting the service I paid for which is ridiculous because they weren’t doing their job!

To be honest, I’ve never left a negative review for anyone or anything in my life, but this was truly disappointing.

Edited - TrustPilot is a place where you post an honest review about your experience. I posted about my experience and was instantly harassed by the CEO of Ascend Viral by email and on this website. Now I question whether the other reviews for his company are legitimate. Please stop harassing me. If you don't want a negative review, do your job well! Thanks.

Edit - The company is doing everything it can to make sure that my review is taken down. Unfortunately for them I have receipts verifying the purchase.
