Great expressive very informative and helpful toward improving my studies.

I really love this learning platform. I discovered it due to my Uni studies and it helped me a lot. Phil is a lovely teacher with a sense of humor. He gives tips and provides pieces of advice throughout the course from his practice in the industry whilst modeling cash flows or residual land valuations etc. Everyone who starts and wants to learn something new in the RE industry should give the Ascension Training platform a try.

I’ve completed three courses on the Ascension Training Platform - Excel Bootcamp, Investment Valuation and Property Development. All three have been very informative and easy to follow. I would recommend it to anyone starting out in the industry! I have learnt a lot.

Phil and the rest of the Ascension team make Financial Modelling seem so easy, breaking every step down into manageable chunks. A great service, and essential to get the basics right.

Great learning platform to develop your skills for excel, easy step by step guides on how to learn key aspects of the property field

Really good platform efficient and easy to use. Teaching is easy to grasp.

The Ascension Training modules are very easy to follow and takes you along step by step from beginners stage in excel and formatting to very advanced and complex formulas useful for modelling in the real estate industry. I would recommend it for everyone doing valuation and cash flow modelling for investment and development valuation methods.

All the videos are well explained, step by step.

Also, if you need any help, they answer the queries super quick! Couldn't recommend more

This platform has been really helpful during my final year at university. It has clear video tutorials showing me how to create a data cash flow model for my coursework. I would recommend ascension training and in particular Phil Laney as his tutorials were very precise and he responded quickly to any enquiries or problems I had through email.

Phil got back to me very quickly and helped me solve the excel problems I was having by explaining where I was going wrong and showed me how to improve. Very helpful, thanks again!

From start to finish, the acension training programme took me through step by step in order to complete my DCF model. I learned invaluable information that I will take with me into my professional career.

I did the course, watching all video tutorials as I followed with the tutor on my own on the laptop, I found the idea of sharing a Start & End of Chapter Excel sheet very good because I got to edit it myself and compare my work with the tutors.
