Wasn,t even close to what I had ordered. They refused to let me return it or give a refund. This is a scam company.

Ordered bunny lulu took a month to come & no tin as shown on their selling page!

I ordered Bunny Lu Lu’s from this company… 1st, totally doesn’t look like a bunny, hair falling out, poorly made, one smaller than the other! Does not come in tin… this is a knock off and a terrible one at that! Trying to find a way to contact company!

This company is the worst ever! I received 2 jars of skincare (Go Pure Tighten & Lift Neck Cream) and the one I opened first is full of lumps and MOULD! Despite providing clear photos of this disgusting product, they refuse to fully refund me. After many email exchanges they have come up with a final offer of USD $12 (I spent USD $57.71). I am furious!!! So much money totally wasted!
I wish I could attach a photo to this review. Mind blowing.

DO NOT BUY THIS CREAM!! First of all, it did nothing for my neck, but more importantly, it went moldy!! Like a petri dish in a science experiment. I used a paddle to get it out of the jar, so it was not from my fingers. The company declined to give a refund.

I ordered the go, pure neck cream. The smell was horrendous.. It smelled like perm solution and the texture was liquid. It was not a cream.
I sent an email with a video of the liquefied product and details of the smell and they will not refund you your money. Do not purchase anything from this company their scam and they will not back their product up and they will not refund their customers when they have a bad product for sale. I received an email that was very unprofessional saying that they fought with their manager, which is a lie. Do not purchase anything from this website!!!!!

This website is a COMPLETE RIP OFF. I'M ABOUT TO GET MY BANK TO GIVE ME A REFUND BC THEY WON'T IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

This company is a liar and cheat. I received my order in a little sack. I ordered 3 ferns in April 12 and received them May 29. They sent two different tracking info. One from Sweden and another from China. What they advertised full beautiful ferns ( size of a big fern) and what I got was a scam. I got little sticks about 1 ft tall. I paid $87 dollars for a bunch of crap plastic. I will do my best to run them out of business. If I could attach pictures I would. Don’t buy from this company! It is a huge SCAM! I have contacted them several time asking for a refund but they say they sent the order! Liar, liar! This company is a great example of not being able to trust to buy online.

This so call Company is a SCAM !!!! DO NOT ORDER FERNS, because you will NEVER receive them !!! My order was placed on April 6 and to date May 25 have not received. They have no customer service. When contacted they will say”contact seller”? They are the seller!! These people are SCAMMERS and will get their just rewards when judged at the end of their life!!

Bought a Boston Fern April 5. May 4 tracking said it was in Alice Springs, weird when I’m on Gold Coast. Contacted multiple times only to be told be patient wait 24 hours and then 24 hours later same response. Today is May 14, still not arrived and no one giving a sensible response. Over 5 weeks to date. Would never recommend.

Absolute SCAM!!!! I thought I was buying a nice fern plant. I got two tiny stems -

False advertising! Beautiful picture of fern plant, must have stolen it from another company. What I was delivered was a tiny replica of their pictured product like about 1/6 the size of pictured plant.

I too was nearly ripped off! Ordered big Boston Fern and get 15 cms plastic crap! Everyone please do a Visa Dispute Form with your bank. Got all my money and more refunded today.

DISGRACE!!! PRODUCTS SHOWN AS FULL AND BEAUTIFUL WHICH IS FALSE!!! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE VERY SMALL AND PLASTIC!! DON'T FALL FOR THESE PLANTS LIKE MANY OF US HAVE!! READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!! I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE OF WHAT THE ADVERTISMENT SHOWS!!!

I received two cheap 6 inch ferns. If I want to send it back, I have to pay for the shipping. Shame on you Ascertainy.

Their product is awful. I can’t even use it. They will not take product back , no refund. Total crap! Take your money with no satisfaction. Automated response to emails. Do not buy!!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said about this company and the ferns!?! Somehow there should be a way to shut them down!!!!!! If anyone know of any further action that can be taken on this, please advise! When I complained upon receipt of the joke of 5 tiny plastic stems, they told me I could return for refund, but the shipping to China would cost me a whole lot and wouldn’t be worth it! First of all, there was no mention of these being shipped from China, or I wouldn’t have ordered! I’ve gone back and forth for weeks with these scammers in emails. Their initial off of a refund was $5! Last one was $17 as of today, but I would have to return the product. I continue to tell them I want a full refund and the trash truck took my “ferns!”

I would give a 0 if I could. False advertisement for ferns. They showed this huge fern in a pot nothing of what I received in the mail. 5 sprigs of plastic artificial ferns nothing like what was advertised. The dollar store has bigger ones than these. When I tried to reach out to return them no response page would go blank. Rip off Facebook needs to take their advertisements off.

TOTAL RIP OFF sorry but I have copied and pasted part of this!!! The best place for their ferns is in the BIN!!! Crap not even worth £2. Please do not let these people scam you!
“I can not even believe the order they sent me, on the website it showed big beautiful ferns they pulled them out of the box they were nice and big so pretty. I almost fell over when I received this item in the mail the ferns were as big as a dam envelope so tiny , they should be embarrassed to even send they let on charge me for the crap they sent!! They are nothing but a Hugh ripoff!!”! How can companies get away with this. Threatened them with trading standards…. They don’t care🙁I emailed them back and forth they agreed to a refund after about 20 emails of 18 dollars!!! Just kept on telling me how expensive it would be to return the rubbish they sent me!! Fumming😡If there is a way of reporting these scammers please let me know🤷‍♀️

They can help by refunded our money and take the Ad off line.
