Sehr fragwürdiges Unternehmen. Tagelang nach grosser Wartepause keine Informationen oder update. Merkwürdig, dass die Schweizer Post und Manor in ihrer Zusammenarbeit derart nachlässig ist. Nie wieder Asensia und demzufolge auch nie wieder Manor.. Habe bis heute das längst bezahltes Produkt nie erhalten.
Ich bestelle seit Jahren bei vitaminexpress und die Ware wurde immer innerhalb einer Woche geliefert. Seit die Firma zu Asendia gewechselt hat, kommt die Ware nicht mehr an: 1 Bestellung vor 1 Monat und die Nachbestellung vor 2 Wochen und wieder vor 1 Woche. Die Pakete bleiben einfach im Verteilzentrum stecken!
Anscheinend bin ich nicht der Einzige, der diese Erfahrung macht, praktisch alle Kommentare sagen das Gleiche!
Geld für das Zeitschriftenjahresabo ist seit über 2 Monaten bei Asendia. Trotzdem wurde das Geburtstagsgeschenk noch nicht ausgeliefert.
Auch noch sehr Zahlreichen versuchen und Stunden in der Warteschlange war es mir nicht möglich die Firma telefonisch zu erreichen.
Auf E-mails kriegt man natürlich auch keine Antwort. (auch nach 3 Wochen nicht)
Ich empfehle jedem NIE etwas bei dieser Firma zu bestellen.
