Excellent customer service
I haven't tried the wines yet, I'm saving them for Christmas. But I did want to say how lovely it is to have a local company who care about their customers. Customer service was excellent.

Seamless service
Seamless service. My only gripe is that I would prefer that the wine wasn't sent in those blow-up plastic sleeves - there's too much plastic in the world already and there are plenty of less polluting alernatives around.

solid wine came next day, only complaint delivery is a little pricey.
edit: after reading the reply I think the delivery is high but valuable as it ensures the wine gets to its destination quickly and safely.

We are sorry you feel the delivery charge is high but it is next day delivery, with a trusted courier and in a high standard of packaging to ensure it doesnt get damaged. We make a loss on delivery but we feel this is speed & packaging important to our customers. We do offer free delivery over a certain spend :-)
