Hi have bought many pieces from Ashiana and the quality and value for money is brilliant. I also get lots of compliments, and the price means I can have the layers of necklaces I love!

Very bad quality items that go black, stones fall out and is generally crap 💩 from India.
They have had a few complaints on PayPal.
Hopefully will get booted off for peddling inferior products that don’t last.
The price of these items is extortionate in comparison to the quality.
Very deceptive service
My review is the same as all the other one star reviews on here so should be heard.
Reported to trading standards who also get a few complaints about the service and poor quality these people peddle.
Really to be avoided. I would put pics of us items on here but no facility. Trustpilot should allow images here to highlight poor quality items.
Hopefully people read all the one star reviews on here.
It is horrendous ,they have very unhelpful workers who don’t know what are talking about , over sensitive snowflakes.
Would avoid at all costs

The gift was delivered exceptionally quickly and was exactly as described.

I had a few questions prior to ordering and these were answered swiftly which really helped. When i did place my order i received the item 2 days later which was fantastic as the item was a Christmas gift for my mother. On top of receiving a great service my mother absolutely loves her new necklace! (Grey Portia necklace)

NEVER AGAIN!! Never received order due to customs problem (which is within the sender‘s sphere of responsibility). Have been informed that I will not be refunded unless they receive the parcel back from customs (so if the package gets lost along the way this shall be my risk instead of theirs?!). Customer service of Ashiana didn’t even make the effort to contact DHL/delivery service provider themselves and takes days to respond. Very poor performance. Worst customer service experience I made so far. Never again!! Hope I really get my money back.
