Not impressed…

So far I am not impressed with this accountancy firm.

They are extremely slow to reply, they have to constantly be chased and mis-file paperwork and can't even get bank account numbers right.
Not really a sign of a decent accountancy company.

I am coming up to my first end of year with them, and fully expect more issues...

Edit 21/12/2017:
After repeatedly chasing my accountant, I emailed some of the others in his office and was told that he has been "busy". Apparently he has been busy for almost 3 weeks.
This wouldn't have been a problem if I had been given all the information I needed from him, and if he had been otherwise accurate with information and numbers. Something you'd expect from an accountant.

It is unfortunate that an accountant can be so incompetent and lackadaisical with numbers, and still be a chartered accountant. Especially when people's businesses and livelihoods depend on services that aren't cheap (And these guys are certainly not cheap)...
