I’ve had a really positive experience with Ashton TV and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish, everything has been seamless. The team are genuinely friendly, approachable and easy to deal with, whether that’s over the phone, via email or in person. It makes a big difference dealing with a company that’s actually contactable and responsive when you need them.

The products themselves are excellent quality, with a great range to suit different needs and budgets. What stood out for me is how simple and affordable they make the whole process. It’s straightforward, no hassle, and they’re really understanding if you need a bit of flexibility.

Delivery was spot on too. The driver was brilliant, professional, friendly and made sure everything was set up properly, which really adds to the overall experience.

What really sets them apart though is the aftercare. You don’t feel like you’re left on your own once everything is delivered. The support is there if you need it, and it feels like they genuinely care about their customers.

Overall, a great local business that delivers on service, quality and reliability. Highly recommended.

They have excellent customer service. The chap who delivered my appliance very polite and helpful. He fitted the appliance for me, tested it gave a brief explanation on how to use it. No mess No fuss . Recommended

Very easy process from start to finish in order to rent a refurbished fridge freezer. The product arrived on time and all involved were friendly and very helpful. The original one I ordered wasn't available, so they organised one slightly different and for just an extra 27p per week. To my surprise when it arrived, the fridge freezer was much bigger, so I have much more space inside the fridge and freezer sections. Really pleased and will definitely use again whenever I need an appliance.

I started using them about a year 14 months ago never had a problem quick and reliable it's so good and helpful for items you need that you can spread the cost! Been really good with me would 100% recommend

Hi I'm really happy with your service. I was just wondering if it's possible. If I can swap my 60inch TV for a smaller one if that is OK. If it is .can I swap it for a 50inch TV .sorry for the mess about. If that's not aloud it's OK .

Such a brilliant company to deal with. I've rented goods from them for years. Took delivery of a new washing machine today. The delivery guys were excellent, they took the old machine away, and installed the new one, really easy, no mess, even came round the back way. Very happy with the service, always have been.
