I ordered 3 item's on 17/12/25, Kapok roll mat, pillow and neck total £174.70.
Days later I received a card & email from Royal Mail stating I had a customs charge of £53.94 to pay before delivery.
It was only at this stage that I realised that the product was coming from Germany. I contacted the company by email and queried it and was told that they indeed should have paid the customs charge and to pay the additional charge and they would refund it.
I paid and had the item's delivered,no issues with the products. I waited patiently as I know Christmas is a busy time for retailers and they had promptly replied. I waited until the first working week of January and sent another email. I did have several replies from them asking for proof of customs charge so I forwarded an email (6 in total) with confirmation of my customs payment and still haven't received acknowledgement or payment of my £53.94.
I have waited patiently for a response and payment to no avail before resorting to doing a review as I wanted to give the company benefit of the doubt.
I am still waiting for payment on 2/2/26. I cannot find the company on any socials although I originally found them on a Instagram advert.

Brilliant service! I was a bit wary when, after purchase, I realised that my Thai cushion would be despatched from Germany, however I need not have worried. Two days after ordering, I had email confirmation of despatch. The email was quite personal and, whether or not it was automatically generated, it felt like good customer care. I was able to track the parcel journey and received the cushion less than 7 days later. Excellent service and the cushion was exactly as described.
