This is the most expensive site ever
This is the most expensive site ever. Even when you get a chance to exchange info with someone, the site blocks the info, how is this even a dating site? I met the woman of my dreams and i can not even exchange information so we can meet, or call to meet face to face. And after spending over 20 thousand dollars, you get no satisfaction or credits to help with chats.

Problems with payment
For some unexplained reason, I encountered issues with my debit card while trying to pay on the website. Although I had to contact customer service several times to address the problem, after numerous interactions, a solution was finally found. The support provided by customer service was quick and straightforward. They suggested various solutions, and the last one turned out to be the right one.
