Hi! After over a year, the customer service teaching out ! WoW!
That's enough to say how efficient they are.

Extremely poor customer service. They have a few standard typed messages and for any complaints they simply copy paste those messages. Doesn't matter if it makes sense or not. Horrible customer agents. I won't even bother to call them customer service or care since there is ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE OR CARE!

Disappointed by Asim Jofa

I had high expectations from Asim Jofa, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The product I received was of poor quality and didn’t match the fabric description provided on the website. They claimed the material was Cotton Silk and Chiffon, but what I got was substandard and completely different.

Despite reaching out to their customer service, my concerns were dismissed with irrelevant explanations and a lack of accountability. For a brand that claims to uphold quality, this experience shows a serious lack of quality assurance and customer care.

This was my first purchase (Order Number: AJ1242373), and it has left a bad impression. I cannot recommend Asim Jofa to anyone seeking value for their money or expecting honest service.

I like this brand

Fraud and Scam is the real name

Fraud and Scam is the real name. These people have no shame and when a customer calls them, emails, message everything and even shame them on their socials posts, they dont respond.

I ordered 2 parcels for the same address, same contact number same everything. Once parcel reached my home and the 2nd was returned.. WHY?? BECAUSE THE COURIER COMPANY COULDNT FIND THE ADDRESS...

Amazing services... Asim Jofa with its big name and small brain is hiring Hania Amir, Iqra Aziz, Maya Ali big names but have no regards for their customers. I never once expected them to be this naïve to their customer's service. With their brand growing, they should have put more effort on their customer service but in the contrary they are putting more effort into their branding. As a pure marketer, I can tell you that you are destroying your reputation by lying to your customers and deceiving them without giving them any information.

Having said that, I want my money back without any delay. No one wants to wait for 3 weeks to get the parcel to the main city of Karachi. Enough of your crap.

LADIES WHO ARE FALLING FOR THEIR STUFF.

It's the eight day that I've been…

It's the eight day that I've been complaining about it and waiting on a response from your team. Nobody has returned calls or at least bothered to talk about the difficult situation your customer is in. I got an email ten days ago informing me that the shipment was on its way. And when we expressed our concerns in response to Asim Jofa's emails, your staff did not respond. Nobody has answered the phone. Furthermore, your delivery personnel are so incredibly rude and unpleasant that they hang up on you and turn off their phones before even delivering the package to the correct address.
