Their quality has gone way down. Customer service is basically nonexistent. My first pair from 2020 were awesome & they were amazing until I lost them about 5 months ago. The base/case was all broken up & held together with glue, but they performed as they did when they were new. Purchased a new pair of Asivio Ones about 4 months ago. They seemed to work great until about 2 weeks ago when the right bud began to not hold a charge. It dies in less than 2 hours.... Coincidentally, my wife ordered a new pair of Asivio One Xs around the same time that my right earbud began to fail. We hoped the new pair would serve her well, but they are also faulty. She has had them for 1 week & her left bud is already failing, not lasting more than 2 hours. Also, the buds will not fully charge up to 100%, only going up to 60-80%. Azivio is not interested in returns or refunds, nor replying to contact attempts. We have tried to contact them multiple times. You can see simular reviews on Trustpilot. There are good reviews, but they are from 2019-2020 for the first model (Asivio One) that mentioned above. My advice is Do Not waste your money or time on Asivio earbuds. 💯

Update : I posted this same exact review on Asivio's Instagram & they deleted it & blocked my account.

I have tried to reach out several times about my era buds not charging that I have had less than a mo. and can not seem to get a reply but they can delete any comments I leave on Facebook

Bought a pair of Asivio One X earbuds on 4/18/2021 and they lasted 4 months before completely dying. I've sent the company 3 emails over the past two weeks all of which went unanswered despite their website saying that may "take up to 24 hours to respond to your emails" All I wanted was warranty information so I could return them for another pair but they just will not respond and the only thing I have left is to leave them bad reviews on the internet. I wasted 100$ on these and will never buy again.

Bought the OneX Pro bluetooth earbuds August 2021. After using them at work I found that while the sound quality is great, the volume level and battery life are awful. Getting about 2.5 hours per charge and they take 2 hours to charge. Decided to return them since their ads state 30 day money back guarantee. So far no response from customer service. They have also blocked me from comments on their Facebook ads and messenger.
