My experience with Matthew was great as far as making an appointment online it was horrible nobody got back to me to make the appointment. They kept telling me system was down. Finally I called Home Depot where I bought it and they were able to help me make an appointment. Terrible on a scale of 1-5 you get a zero. Sorry but I was totally disappointed
