Computer response was immediate and the…

Computer response was immediate and the person answering read my answers quickly and responded quickly. Her questions back to me were right on. All this took very little time.
Matthew, appliance repair guy, also figured out my issue, and we got that solved fairly quickly.
I almost never enter my credit card information on the computer and this time hesitated but am very happy I took the chance and got my problem resolved.
I DO NOT WANT MY NAME MENTIONED ON ANY REVIEW YOU
PUBLISH.
