Don't ever use this company

Don't ever use this company, they were supposed to deliver a mattress on the 22nd November, sent me a text to say it had gone to the wrong depo. Supposed to redeliver today between 6.30am - 8.30 am. Phoned at 7.am to say they were 30min away. They did not show, sent a text to say they were unable to deliver. I rang the number they rang me on 22 times to aske for an explanation. They refused to pick up my call. When into their website to no avail. I will contact the company I brought the goods from and demand my money back, using delivery firms such as this does them no favours.

Shambolic

Was due a delivery of 2 sofas on 28th Nov. Ordered from Very. Time slot received the day before. Arranged for my old sofas to be collected on the morning of the delivery to make room. No call on the day, no one turned up. Tried contacting on web chat-no one picks up. Called next day - 61st in the queue- 2 hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone. To be then advise that 'the item couldn't be located in the warehouse' Personally I don't think 2 sofas would be that hard to find. Complaint raised to customer care which they did reply to, but now it's got to be 'investigated' so don't see this being resolved anytime soon. Just an absolute farce and in the meantime nothing to sit on! I would avoid them like the plague.

Do not use this company

Two failed attempts at delivery:
1. Cancelled the day before the sheduled install, with no notification. Some nonsense excuse that I hadn't booked the removal of old appliance. I followed all the instructions on both links they sent me.
2. Attempted second delivery. Guys weren't qualified to install and remove the new/old dishwasher. Flooded my kitchen. Didn't even turn the water off at the mains before disconnecting old appliance. Mains pressure water everywhere. I had to get on my hands and knees to turn off the water mains. Not easy when you're disabled.
The guys abandoned the job saying they only had 10 minutes per job. Put my new dishwasher in the garage and left me to deal with the water damage (in my appliances toaster etc, walls, windows and floors drenched. The guy left drenched in water too, as was I. They didn't even say they had left. They just drove off. A hit and run. Appliances direct (the company I bought the machine from) resolution was to refund the delivery, install and removal costs and put a claim in for water damaged. Not a resolution! I'm still without a dishwasher and now need to source a installer or return the dishwasher for a full refund, which I'm tempted up do so. If you value your time money and sanity do not use appliances direct or arrowxl.

Terrible

Terrible, avoid like the plague, worst delivery company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with . Customer service is non existent, why big companies use this "delivery" firm is beyond belief

Once again

Once again, they've failed to deliver the item, citing 'an issue within our warehouse'. Useless company that's gone really downhill since a change of leadership. Sorry Dusk, but if you continue to use this shower, you'll be losing a lot of money.

Communication is a joke!

Communication of this company is an absolute joke! I tried calling about a delivery they've had in depot for seven days but I've not been contacted to arrange delivery. I was number 98 in the queue on the phone, recommended I did a web chat as it would be quicker, I've been trying to get in touch by web chat for two days no response. No excuse for such ridiculous delays even at high volume. Now booked a slot, which they changed!, so organised disposal of old sofa,then the evening before they cancelled, probably won't get it before christmas now 😡.It's now 3 weeks since they had by order.

Useless incompetent morons!

Never phoned to say delivery was en route, never knocked on my door and just updated the tracking info saying delivery was attempted.
I'm currently sat here, as I have been for the last 2 and a half hours on their online chat, waiting for an advisor to speak to me. I've also been on hold on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes, no ones answering there either. Had to cancel with the handy man that was fitting my washing machine but still had to pay him, I'll also have to pay again if my delivery ever shows up. I've missed work for this, so all in all today has cost me £100 to not have my washing machine delivered and I'm down to my last pair of clean pants. Thanks Arrowxl 👍🏻

very time-consuming to deal with, poor service

(1) The company is currently only reachable through web chat. It took me several hours of waiting (with the chat open) on two days until I got someone to reply.

(2) The company is used by Otty mattresses. Otty confirmed they passed the mattress to them on 1 December. The company then gave me a choice of delivery dates from 11-17 December. That's a long time for a compressed mattress to lie around. And I was going to be abroad due to a family emergency. They were not able to deliver earlier or later, so everything was cancelled.

USELESS

This is one of the worst companies I have ever come across. On a par with Sofology and that is saying something! Still waiting for my £1600 exercise equipment that they have ‘misplaced’. Useless. Absolutely useless!
EDIT - Have now received my items. It did take, however, MANY emails and comments on social media (because, as everyone else has realised - you CANNOT get through on phone or live chat)

They deserve MINUS stars

It's now almost a week and no update on my new delivery date, no way to contact them that produces results, no way to track and their response to trust pilot is unbelievable. Clearly the new ceo is no better than the last. BEYOND AWFUL SERVICE.

Did not deliver my order as promised tried to ring them i was on position 94 because they don't want to face the truth this courier is bogus, would advise clients to find somewhere to do business with, they are not worth to be a courier.

Was due a delivery on the Friday

Was due a delivery on the Friday, between 10:45 and 12,45, then was sent a message saying they were running behind schedule whichh is fair enough. It didn’t turn up at all. Called them which took 2 hours to get through to get told I’d receive a message on the Monday to reschedule. That was annoying. Monday came and got a message saying they couldn’t deliver that day either. Had no message saying as to when it would be delivered so went on live to have a little be chat and Thor ‘service’ was down, tried calling them and that was down too. Shockingly bad. Shouldn’t be in business.

Total shambles

Total shambles, bought a fridge/freezer from Amazon prime, items arrived with these jokers, received a text to say item to be delivered on the 4/12/25, 2hrs later get another no reply text message saying won't be delivered until the 13/12/25 (which is to late), tried contact customer service, another complete joke, online chat only waited just over an hour, to be cut off at 6pm

Terrible company 0*

Terrible company. Was due for delivery today and they called to say there was a problem at the warehouse? I had to call back to make another delivery dates, when I joined the call I was caller number 105!!! 2.5 hours later I’m still on hold. They say to use their online web chat but no one comes back to you SHAMBLES!!!!

Delivery is now 8 days late

Delivery is now 8 days late, promised 3 different dates, I stayed in and no shows. NEVER ever use them, phone lines are constantly stacked, and online is pointless as no response.

Received expected delivery time and it doesn't specify if it's am or pm
I assume it's am (other time I would expect it to be between 18:30-20:30).
Tried to contact them via phone and it stated I'm number 98 in the queue. Simply no answer, suspect this is to dissuade anyone from waiting. Tried the web chat and waited for 30m but no answers. Customer service simply does t exist

Same as everyone else, Arrow XL Failed to deliver!

So i ordered 2 items from Amazon, who chose to use Arrow XL as their delivery company. The day before delivery i got a tracking update message for 2 separate delivery's stating they will Quote "Contact Customer". No contact happened and no delivery of either item. Then, I get a refund from Amazon for one of the items saying I had successfully returned it. I hadn't even received it! The other item still hasn't arrived and there is no contact. Absolutely shocking that they just return items without even attempting delivery. Well, given the fact that there are over 700 negative reviews for this awful company I have made a formal complaint against Arrow XL via Amazon with a recommendation they stop using the company for deliveries. Hopefully they will listen. Shocking that a delivery company cant even manage to deliver!

What a shambles of a so-called company stay clear

Waiting for my delivery of a wall radiator had a plumber coming out to fit gets a text day before order has been delayed. Gets a voice message saying to call them. So I did I was 71 in the queue I was on the phone for 1 hour and 40 minutes eventually gets to speak to someone then after all that the person said she couldn’t hear me and hung up.. I could hear here crystal clear absolute shambles of a company .. couldn’t run a Bath
Stay well clear 😡
