I never signed up for this

I never signed up for this. I was charged $38 for a service I never accessed nor requested. When i asked for a refund, they wanted to charge me $5 just to get an answer!! NOT VERY HAPPY WITH YOU AT ALL. I want a refund. I'm still trying to figure out a way to get my refund.
