Just a great experience and the way recruitment should be

Collaborating with the team at Ethos has been a masterclass in architectural execution. Their commitment to building a high-integrity substrate for their users is evident in every technical handshake we’ve engineered together. In an era of "messy site taxes" and fragmented data, Ethos stands out by prioritizing a sovereign operating model that delivers true operational velocity. It’s rare to find a partner so dedicated to debriding mechanical friction and maintaining a clean, scalable data environment. Looking forward to our continued partnership as they scale this sovereign engine.

Review

Have been connected with several opportunities so far and team is pretty responsive and easy to work with. Clearly in its early stages but so far an overall good experience working with them.

Structured complexity, expertly supported

Ask Ethos have built a very strong model in a complex and fast moving space.

What stands out is the balance between automation and human support. The system gives structure to complex AI training tasks, but there is also real expertise behind it. That matters, because success in this type of work depends on more than just volume. It depends on well designed tasks, clear feedback loops, and the ability to keep improving the way work is structured.

The team are helpful, supportive and available when needed. They are also willing to listen to expert feedback, which is important in a space that is still being shaped.

James in particular has been excellent to work with. He is easy to speak to, responsive, thoughtful and genuinely supportive.

Ask Ethos feel like pioneers in this area. They have created a setup that combines technology, expert input and human support in a way that works very well.

This is an excellent place to work

For the past six months, I’ve been scammed and exploited by various HR personnel and imposters. In that context, Askethos has been a rare gem – they pay on time and never take advantage of anyone. Their approach is consistently polite and humble; they make it a point to appreciate your work and treat everyone with genuine respect.

Ethos definitely seems to be a scam

Ethos definitely seems to be a scam. I was contacted by a recruiter. Applied for a job. My account has been in "Review" status for 2 weeks! Not the actual job application, but just my account.

The recruiter does not respond to the numerous follow up emails. There is no contact info for Ethos. I still see the job position constantly being advertised on LinkedIn. No sure if it's just a scam or they are trying to get people to set up profiles to give an appearance that they have a larger database for consultants.

Regardless, BEWARE!

Seems to be scam

Seems to be scam. There is no way to contact support. I have done the sign up and the AI interview, however, never heard back.

I assume they just gather sign-ups with fake opportunities.

Does not seem legitimate

I had a concerning experience with this company’s hiring process. They advertise roles and invite candidates to complete an AI-led interview based on their experience, but the overall process felt unusual.

For context, I’ve worked with a range of established expert networks, so I’m familiar with how legitimate screening and matching processes typically operate. This experience did not feel aligned with those standards.

During the interview, I engaged in a detailed back-and-forth with an AI system that asked questions closely aligned to my expertise. After completing it, I was informed that I was not successful. While that outcome is of course normal in any hiring process, the experience itself raised some questions.

In particular, it felt less like a traditional evaluation for a specific role and more like a structured interaction designed to gather knowledge or responses. I can’t say this with certainty, but it gave me the impression that the process may be used, at least in part, to train or improve their AI through human interaction.

I would encourage the company to be more transparent about how candidate responses are used and whether the roles advertised reflect active hiring needs.

I also requested that my data be deleted and not used further, but I have since received additional emails inviting me to continue engaging with their AI system, which was unexpected.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to approach with caution.ce, I would advise others to avoid this company.
