They drive you mad with emails you unsubscribe and they still don’t stop sending you emails I would advise you not to go on this website I have been unsubscribing for over three months to no avail don’t do it believe me.

I was a customer with Askinology for over 2 years and spent several thousand dollars on treatments. Whilst I was generally happy with the results, I am very disappointed with their customer service. I was often seen late for appointments - this despite their own extremely strict policy on late and missed appointments. On one occasion, I made a trip to their office and the machine that was due to be used was broken, meaning I wasted a trip to London city and about 2 hours of my day. I was not offered any compensation (I did not ask for any). On another occasion, I used my credit card, which due to a fault with their machine the payment initially failed but eventually went through. The office brought this up to me on three different occasions, which was embarrassing, and then they told me that I could not use that card again in the future as it was not a UK card. And finally, when I expressed disappointment that Dr. Askari was only available two afternoons a week, I was refunded the money I had paid for a course of treatments and basically told I wasn't welcome as a customer. Quite shameful treatment and customer service, especially considering the amount of money I have spent with them.
