I like the fact that you can easily sign up for a trial period, but it is extremely difficult to cancel your subscription! It shouldn't be that difficult in today's economic climate that we live in. Thank you.

Not Accurate, Not Transparent, and Not Worth It

Unfortunately, not one answer I received was accurate. Every response was vague, misleading, or simply wrong, and trying to make decisions based on those answers only created more confusion and wasted time. That alone makes it impossible to give a positive rating.

The credit issue added even more frustration. I did the math myself, and there was no way their numbers were accurate. The promotion originally stated: “Promo still on — Get 50% more credits for free.” After I submitted my complaint with clear documentation, the promo suddenly changed to 30%, which raised even more concerns about transparency.

I contacted support through both chat and email, provided all the evidence, and still received no real assistance. The next day, the case was simply marked as closed.

The issue was never addressed, nothing was corrected, and I am still dealing with the same unresolved problem.

People should double-check the math and verify everything with support before buying credits, because what I received did not match what was advertised.

At this point, it’s not worth the money, the time, or the frustration. Instead of clarity, I’m left more confused, drained, and still without a resolution.

The offers I was told I would receive and never did,

• “promo is still on – get 50% more credits for free” (this was on the screen when I bought the package)

• “a special bonus is waiting for you” • “we’ve added +25% free credits to your account, so you can continue your chat and go deeper with your psychic” (this was the 25% message they sent after)

• “a new energy flow surrounds you” • “you’ve moved into a higher energy tier – a sign of progress on your spiritual path” • “to honor this, +30% bonus for your next session awaits you” (this was the 30% message that showed up later)

My Response to Nebula’s Reply

Nebula’s public reply does not match the sequence of events I experienced. I contacted support multiple times and provided all information requested. I did not receive clarification or a resolution, and the case was marked as closed the following day.

The following points from my original review were not addressed in their reply:

The answers I received from readers were not accurate.
The information provided to me was inconsistent.
The promotion displayed at the time of purchase showed 50% additional credits. After I submitted documentation regarding this, the promotion displayed on the platform changed to 30%.
I received messages indicating I would receive multiple bonus amounts — 50%, 25%, and 30% — but these amounts were not applied to my account.
The credits added to my account did not match the promotion, the follow‑up messages, or the email communication.

Nebula’s public reply gives the impression that support actions were taken, but that does not reflect the interactions I had. My messages were not addressed directly, and the issues I documented remain unresolved.

I am sharing this to provide an accurate account of my experience for future users.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Forgot my subscription till it came out of my account. Contacted them to cancel as I no longer use it and had my refund processed within 1/2 an hour. Fantastic!

Unapproved Charges

I recieved unapproved charges to my account that were automatically withdrawn. I had already told them onced i wanted to cancel everything but seems like it wasn’t done. Thought this link was just a free facebook thing, charges not obvious.

Pricey

The psychics seem ok, but it’s annoying to only chat a minute with the psychic and then I have to pay again. I went through almost $40 just for about 4 mins. It makes me feel used and doesn’t make me want to come back. I can pay $40 for an in-person psychic and get 15 to 30 mins of readings. The platform should allow 3 mins free up front with no gimmicks. Think Vegas think gambling… even slot machines will give a little just before they take all your money.

Save your money, they don’t deliver, want $$$

Well I saw the advertisement and thought I would give it a try. It said 7 day free trial. The title said see your future mate for a specia pri, I said for a buck I will try it.
I got on and went right to terms and conditions, for secret stuff these sites like to get ya for. Looked ok. I put my info in and didn’t get a pic, they kept sending me profiles of all the psychos there and other things to find out as in future, money, life length. I didn’t hit any buttons. So I’m trying to find the pic, then I found your pic will be ready in 8 days just when free trial ends. So I was looking for the cancel my subscription. That was impossible. So next day I checked the bank account and was charged $1 and $13.49. So I called and a lady that did not speak good English, and tried telling her the saga, and while talking to me I hear a wind sound, like you get standing outside on a windy day. I asked her if she was in a car, no answer. So trying to tell her the problem she is not writing any info down cause she’s driving I guess, asked me the same questions 10 times. Then I heard a car go into park and the ding, ding you hear when you open a car door and jingling of keys. Then she says I can’t get my money back cause I signed up for it. Nope didn’t sign for anything. Finally she says well I will send this to her boss to look at it but I can can tell you if you stay I can give you a deal for this and this and I said I just want my money back. She said I can assure you, you won’t get it all back but it’s up to my boss. I said no I won’t accept that but I will give them till tomrw to call me. Of course no call but in my bank acct it says they returned $9.15. I’m still trying to get it back. So don’t fall for their false headings on their site!
