Every year for some years past my wife…

Every year for some years past my wife and I have ordered calendars from Askprint. They have always been most satisfactory so this year we used the website to create our new calendar for 2025. We have heard nothing in the weeks since and numerous messages left on the third-party organisation who appear to handle their customer-facing communications have evoked no response whatsoever. Is Askprint still trading?

I've checked on the companies House website and for company 13194101 (the number given on the AskPrint website, a "First Gazette compulsory strike-off notice" was issued on 30/01/2024 which was suspended on 13/03/2024 after the Registrar received an objection. What the current status of the company is somewhat obscure but the non-response from the third-party "customer services" organisation makes dealing with the company impossible

I wish I could give them zero stars

Have used this company twice before and happy with their service but this time, what a waste of time. Created a book online on my account which took over a month to do. Left over 20 messages on their phone line which they NEVER answered, over 10 online queries ignored, every one of my emails ignored too. I used Mixam printing and they were the best printing company I've ever used.

Still owed £220 - Ask Print scam

I would give zero stars if an option. A year ago they sold my print on demand calendars for me and promised commission that I had told my customers would go to charity. They still owe me £220. Do not use this company. They are scammers.

Ordered a calendar through a charity…

Ordered a calendar through a charity and received confirmation email from ASK. Never received my order and have chased it several times, but they simply don’t reply.
I can only assume that they have taken the money and kept it.
Avoid.

This company should not be in business

This company should not be in business! I have used AskPrint for the past three years both for my own business and a Charity I was a Trustee of. During that time AskPrint's customer service has deteriorated steadily and now is practically non-existent. When I first used them they were a small family company in Bury St Edmunds and turned out good products. But since then everything has gone downhill and once you have paid up front for your product my experience is that customer relations rarely respond to communications or complaints. I now feel they should not be trusted. I had a calendar printed but the online template was incorrect (something we cannot change). The 2023 calendar had the last day of June on a Friday and the first day of July also on a Friday ! So the Calendars I ordered were unsalable. After many emails I eventually got a response from Director Gary Keens offering a refund which needless to say has never materialised. Please do not be sucked in by their slick and persistent advertising full of promises because once you have ordered and paid you will find it almost impossible to communicate with the company again. I am distressed to hear they are no longer honouring their promise to pay commission to Charities for calendars sold on their online shop. Charities have to fight for every penny. Our Charity. along with many others is owed commission which I fear is unlikely to be paid. I am currently trying to recover the cost of my 'unfit for purpose calendars' through the courts. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs and use another Printing Firm which hopefully conducts its business with integrity.

Wrong Product and No Customer Service

We received the wrong calendar before Christmas 2022. Order number 4529.

We received a calendar of dogs for some viral TikTok dog called TeamCasp 47. Which wasn't what we ordered.

To be honest it was quite funny receiving such a random calendar. But we were expecting a calendar for a local nature reserve.

I wouldn't have complained but they haven't responded to any emails or communication in over a month. So I wouldn't recommend.

Get your print products elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a shambles. They don’t send orders or pay money that is owed. No contact when tried to call. Got the manager on WhatsApp and they are extremely ignorant, reading messages and ignoring. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

Lack of customer service on missing item of an order

I have been using Ask Print Online services for Charity Calendars, the level of support and services has deteriorated with them only sending the commission after been promoted to do so. 2021 calendar printing to individual orders was 3 to 4 weeks for order to delivery. 2022 order was 3 week for them to deliver then with an missing item. The customer services is no existent not responding to emails or voicemail left on the office number.
I can no longer recommend charities using this service or charity customer ordering from their website. still waiting for them to acknowledge my calls and email on a missing calendar in an order.

Zero customer service and no sign of any deliverables

We put a lot of effort into creating a 2023 calendar for production and sale through their online shop.

Despite several emails and unresponded phone calls (which never get beyond their automated answering service), we have been unable to get the price amended to the correct one for the calendar and therefore promote it for sale.

Our early email dialogue whilst getting the online shop set up was slow and although the product is now online (at an incorrect price) I have no confidence that any orders will be fulfilled, as I also ordered a separate bespoke calendar for production, which appears to have disappeared into the void, and a "test" order for our calendar (even at the incorrect price) placed 2 weeks ago has not been fulfilled.

Avoid! They take your money then ignore your complaints.

I made and paid for an order on November 12th 2021. It is now nearly 4 months later. I have not received my order or a refund. I have emailed, messaged, phoned and written several times over the last 3 months. All have been ignored. The customer service is non existent. I would have given the company 0 stars if that was possible. Looking online I am not the only customer having problems. Do not use this company.
