I would prefer to leave no stars. I ordered a Christmas present for my niece at the beginning of December and it has still not arrived. I’ve sent 8 emails and had no response. The tracking link just shows as delivery attempt failure but this was 3 days ago and no card was left and someone was in all day. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Currently £50 down and nothing to show for it. Shocking!

I’ll keep it simple:

They do not send same items as pics on website

They do not reply to ANY communication

If you’re not happy with goods you will not get refund / placement

Do not buy from this company!!!! TOTAL SCAM! I got my order more than a month late and paid over $30 for the wrong order to be delivered. What I got was a mini unicorn squish instead of two jumbo squishies that were the Hulk and a slice of cake. Will not return emails and there is not phone number provided. Will not buy from ever again and will be telling friends and family not to buy from.

Scam. Paid £16 for 2 items. After a month I received 1 tiny container of slime, 30ml instead of 60ml; about the size of an AA battery. Looks like something that would be free on the front of a kids magazine. Complete rubbish. No customer service.

Update: what about the squishy toys I ordered? Half the volume of slime and no squishy toys, and you have the nerve to call me out on a review. How much kids pocket money have you stolen?

Ordered slime with my daughter using money her grandparents gave her for Christmas, it is about 15 days after the latest delivery time now and I haven't received the slime. I don;t mind it being late in the circumstances we have but the seller won't respond to my emails.

Utterly dreadful! Don’t waste your money! The tiniest pots arrived after about two months. Doesn’t resemble what is pictured on the website in the slightest. If I paid a pound for this in Poundland, I would be disappointed. The company avoids responding to any emails or messages. I have given up now! By far the worst company I have dealt with.

Avoid this company at all costs, I fear it may be a scam. Order placed on 3 December and still no product or correspondence, or even tracking updates since 10 December.

They responded to an email on 18 December giving me a tracking link, which I already had, but have since been ignoring my emails. Very quick to take my money though. Shameful alleged customer service.

It’s just a shame that you can’t leave a review on the site so that others don’t use this company and have to go through the same experience.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The website looks great but what you get is simply nothing. It’s a scam. I have gone to my bank for a charge back of my money

I ordered last time and the container itself looked big in the photo but 2months later when I got it it said play dough on it and the container was very small the Oreo toy had sunk into the play dough (I ordered slime) and do not recommend buying it from here it also takes a pretty long time to get to ur address

Item was purchased but not delivered. I waited 3 weeks and then reported the missing item to the helpline. They initialled agreed to refund me but did not and wont reply to any further emails. I now have a very disappointed little girl who wasted her pocket money. They are still advertising this item (butter slime) as available to purchase from their online shop so please do not waste your time and money dealing with this sham of a set up.

Like other reviews, I’d give a zero if possible. Still no goods received after placing an order mid Nov for a Christmas cuddly toy gift. Either automated replies or pointless replies if you threaten legal or media action. AVOID. Never had such poor service from an online company, Amazon could certainly teach them a thing or 2!!

I never received anything after ordering the slime and the owner has the cheek to response to me on Google Reviews saying I would get a full refund. I have still after three months received neither the slime or the refund. I will be contacting my bank to arrange a charge back and trading standards to hopefully have this company blacklisted. Heed the other reviews and avoid at all costs.

Would give 0 if I could! Absolutely disgusting service and product has no similarity to the ‘butter cupcake slime’ I was purchasing. I have asked for a returns address as I wish to refund the slime. One of the slimes were cracked!

My daughter was happy for 2 bloody minutes. Worst quality, texture is disgusting; literally Poundland sells better ones. BE WISE AND AVOID PAYING £9.99 for something like this

Sadly have to give them at least a 1 star rating. Ordered well in time for christmas. Tracking states it was returned to sender on the 11th dec. Sent an email, only to have a useless reply which told me nothing useful and have since ignored my other messages. Hope they cease to trade as they are clearly useless. Luckily for me it was a small order compared to some. No product and no refund. Disgusting behaviour.

I ordered some slimes on the 27th of November for my daughter for Christmas, they arrived today and she seems happy enough with them. I’m giving three stars due to the length of time taken to deliver and the fact they arrived after Christmas, the website is a co.uk address indicating they are a UK based company but the items are shipped from China.

Never received my purchase. This is a scam site.

Ordered some slime for my daughter in november. Waited till december 14th to email and ask about the item not arriving. Never received a reply until I sent a 4th email on the 27th December calling them scammers. Instead of trying to fix the issue, they emailed me back rudely asking me why I was calling them scammers and that I was impatient since it was Christmas for some people! I couldnt believe it. My daughter was expecting the item for her Christmas yet I had to be more patient (waited a few weeks should be enough no?) because it was Christmas for some?! The worst online experience Ive ever had. Please do not buy anything from this website as you most likely wont receive the item nor the money back and they will taunt you on their replies to your emails, that is if they even bother replying.

Ordered in November so plenty of time to arrive for Christmas. When I chased the order in mid December they updated the tracking to ‘shipment cancelled’ with no explanation email! Since then I have sent emails & received no refund.
Like others I assumed they were a UK company based in Devon. Don’t waste your money on these people 😡
