I purchased €800 worth of equipment from asm tuning uk. Nothing ever arrived. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails.
They don't provide a tracking number.
This site should be avoided. I will take legal action.

Terrible company, terrible service and atrocious products. I purchased a full carbon body kit from this company for my AMG GTS. During the sale they could not be more helpful, ringing and messaging me to see if I wanted to proceed with the purchase, they could not do enough for me. After the purchase they offered to fit the bodykit for £190.00 through one of their installers which rang immediate alarm bells. I turned them down as anybody fitting a full body kit for that price would surely do a terrible job. instead I enlisted a well-known and respected installer who specialises in AMGs. As soon as they attempted to fit the kit they could see it was a terrible fit and did not conform to the cars contours. We had to abandon the install and I contacted ASM. They were impossible to get hold of, they would not answer any messages, call or emails. They claimed they were busy, then their manager was looking at it, they said the bodykit required a professional installer and that was why the fit was terrible, they then eventually claimed because it was now outside of their 14 day returns policy I could not have any refund, even though the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says otherwise. It resulted in me submitting a claim in the Small Claims Court. They disputed this and the claim progressed to a mediation call which of course they were unable to answer as they were feeling poorly! (Diddum’s). As a result I progressed the claim to the magistrates court, which of course they did not turn up for. They subsequently lost the case and now owe me the refund I requested, the court costs and my expenses. I know they will not pay what they owe so I will be sending a Court Enforcement Agent to collect the debt. DO NOT BE SUCKERED IN BY THEIR SLICK WEBSITE. Stay well away from these scammers and pay a little extra for decent products.

Really not recommended! I ordered a piece for the my car in August and I haven't received any response even after writing various emails.

It's absurd to pay to have no more answers!

Never received my package, I ordered a carbon front lip, diffusor and mirrorcaps but once the order was placed I only got a response on my e-mails once every month. Now it’s one year later and still havent received anything!

Honestly impressed with ASM Tuning from start to finish. Received my carbon front splitter and rear diffuser for my Audi RS3, and the quality exceeded expectations. Will be back for more!

I ordered a full carbon fibre body kit for my BMW from ASM Tuning and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of the parts is genuinely top-tier perfect fitment, the finish looks incredible in person.

I ordered a downpipe for a BMW M440i G22 with OPF, as clearly stated in the product description on ASM Tuning’s website. After waiting over a month (because they said it had to be fabricated), I finally received the part – but when I went to install it, it didn’t fit at all.

It turns out the downpipe is actually for the U.S. version of the car (non-OPF) or even for older F-series models, not the G22 OPF model like they advertised.

I had no way of knowing this in advance, since I trusted the description. Now they won’t respond to my emails, chat messages, or Instagram DMs, and I have no way to return the product or get my money back.

I even left a review directly on their website under the product page, but it was never published — they clearly filter and hide negative feedback.

Extremely disappointing experience, misleading information, and zero customer support. I do not recommend ordering from them.
