One of the few places you can buy clean…

One of the few places you can buy clean food as we call it.
Expensive, but we enjoy shopping at the baker street shop and the one in Ealing Broadway was nice as well.

The one in Baker Street reduced their stock like crazy!

Be aware of misleading stock availability

They have hand soap on their site but are actually out of stock. Very misleading. Even after being refunded for the hand wash they still haven’t listed as ‘out of stock’. I wanted to cancel my order having received this notification but it wasn’t possible to do online and the person I spoke to said they would do later in the day.
Still no refund/cancellation.
I don’t want to buy anything from a company who isn’t honest about their stock.

I was a constant customer of their…

I was a constant customer of their Shoreditch store. I love their products but after an awful experience in check out, I am not shopping from that store any more. On that day, among the items in my basket there was an açai puree and I read its price tag as 2.55. Before I saw the sales slip, it took my attention that the checkout person did not scan that açai puree's barcode and instead scanned some kind of ready barcodes which was near. At the end, I wanted to see my sales slip and saw that açai puree's price calculated as 3.99. So, I asked the checkout person why it is 3.99 as I saw its price tag as 2.55. She did not gave me a clear answer and we went together to see the price tag. We saw that where I took the item, the price tag was seem to be 2.55, however she told me that they've put the wrong price tag there because 2.55 was the price of açai-mango puree's price tag. I said okay and wanted to see the price tag of what I bought. It was somewhere irrelevant and it was 3.15. But, I still did not get why they charged me 3.99. I mean, if I saw the wrong price tag which was 2.55, and if the correct price was 3.15, why the hell you charged me 3.99? then she asked do you want the refund, and I said yes. Then, she disappeared even without expressing the situation to others and some other young blond man (he probably upper in their hierarchy) came to make the refund. He asked me the correct price and I said 3.15, I think he misunderstood it as a 3.50 and gave 49 pence in my hand. He did not see the real price tag or scanned anything, gave my hand 49 pence with a super frivolous attitude. I was shocked and left store without saying anything. I mean, what matters to me is not the pences but the attitude. As a customer, I pay what I bought no less, no more. If I ask to correct something you made wrong, this is not the attitude you should be having to your customer.
