I have always ordered Saree from the US and this time since my husband was in India we got the saree delivered to Chennai. I did not like the saree, the color was very different and Ms. Palak provided outstanding support to ensure that my concerns were addressed and she immediately arranged to send a replacement saree since it was for my wedding anniversary and my husband was traveling back soon. She was extremely prompt in responding, courteous, and extremely helpful. I hope Ms. Palak rewarded for her outstanding service. Thanks again for this wonderful service. And I really love my replacement saree!!

Regarding my wedding lehenga, I was in contact with Nisha via WhatsApp while I was in Australia. As I arrived in India with very limited time before my wedding, her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. She managed the entire process seamlessly, remained in constant communication until I received my lehenga, and ensured all fittings and arrangements were completed promptly and efficiently despite the tight timeline.

Finding the right lehenga for any bride is not easy. However, I knew from beginning that no other store would have better options then what Asopalav offers. Amazing service given by Shrushti. She helped us to select our clothes via video call and had lots patience showing different stuff and also helped us with her expertise and guided us well. She has constantly followed up with us and kept track of our courier until it reached us. Even after receiving, she inquired and asked us about the fit and how did we like it . This is so amazing. I worked with Shrusthi and had a great experience. I live in Chicago and she video called me from Ahmedabad multiple nights to show me a large assortment of clothing. I contacted Shrushti at Asoplalav for video call shopping as I wanted to purchase some suits for my brothers wedding functions. Shrushti was so patient and understanding and always went over and above every step of the way to deliver exactly what I needed. I never felt pressured by her and I felt like she really took time to understand my needs. She was so particular and paid attention to details that I had full trust in her and I never felt like I had to keep checking anything as I felt she was so professional. I have so far purchased 7 suits and 3 saree’s and I would always come back to Shrusti for anything I need. Thank you so much for making everything so easy!

The online video call experience was perfect for us. Having shrushti as our stylist made choosing and finalising our outfits much easier. Her dedication towards helping us decide in terms of the best style and colour that would suit us is something I highly appreciate. Because of her, the online call was amazing for us and is something we would recommend.

We show so many merchandise on their website site. We have shortlisted few according to our occasions. But delivery time was not suitable. So we approach directly to the team . To our surprise they have invited us to their office and show us the items selected by us. They promised us that they will deliver these items within our time line with necessary alterations. To our surprise they have deliver the goods one day before with customized fittings. We are very much thankful to Mr. Raj ans his dedicated team members for out of the way support. Over all very nice shopping experiences with them.

I recently ordered a lengha from the website. The outfit came within a reasonable time and very well packaged especially as I ordered from the UK.

I ordered a bust size 42 - when the outfit came the sizing label had been cut off (when bringing this up in my complaint they said it was due to good will?!). The blouse was about 3/4 inches too small. When measuring the blouse it measured 21inches at the front but only 18 at the back - (with very minimal margin to take out - max 2 inches).
I contacted the person that had messaged me on WhatsApp regarding my order previously to discuss my concern, and they assured me that I would get called back once she was with the tailor. I had to chase the lady a number of times before I could get proper answers. I sent a few photos proving the blouse was incorrect. I was then told that my measuring tape was wrong and that I was using a labour tape not a measuring tape - (which I wasn’t) when regardless of what tape I was using an inch is universal measurement.
I was then offered 15% off alterations from my local tailor - which makes no sense as the blouse is too small?
I am well within my rights to request a refund and when doing so they’ve avoided that request and suggested a credit note for their store.

The customer service I’ve received is so poor and I definitely will not be returning as a customer. They are liars and essentially fraudulent. I wouldn’t waste money buying from here again unless I want an incorrect size blouse.

If you want to buy from here don’t bother. The after care service is appalling. If you are from the U.K. just go to Wembley or Southall.
