Aspall æblecidereddike / Aspall applecider vinegar pasteuriseret?

Jeg har købt en Aspall Æblecidereddike Ø 500 ml applecidervinegar i min lokale butik. Der står på produktet at æblecidereddiken er påfyldt upasteuriseret. Men den kan godt være pasteuriseret efter i flasken. Den virker slet ikke levende med rester af en moder. Den virker som Alm. Død eddike. Derfor skriver jeg til Aspall i London efter vejledning fra den danske distributør, Bidro ApS. Jeg hører ingen svar efter 3 uger. Synes det er ringe og jeg vil gerne have svar på om produktet er pasteuriseret i slutfasen, som man normalt gør. Det står ikke klart om produktet er pasteuriseret eller ej.
