Fast and pleasant contact with the customer service.
That shows they care for good quality!

To avoid having to pay delivery costs twice for two orders I placed witin a few days I contacted the service desk. They responded the same day and provided am easy way I could add items to the first Order.

I have ordered several pieces of clothing. They have met or exceeded expectations in style and durability and are all among my favourite wardrobe items.

We are long time customers and my husbands loves the clothes from Asphalte. The clothes and shoes are stylish and have a very, very good quality.
In all the years we maybe send twice something back, because it did not fit. No problem at all to send an item back and get a refund.

Great products, excellent quality, I ordered shirts, Tshirts, jeans, a suit, pullovers, shoes,...
And still a big fan!

Nice trousers but inconsistent size compared to previous production batch. I had to request an exchange because my usual size 32 was too big for me (same pants, just different color). It's been 2 months since I returned them and requested an exchange. My request was not processed in January or February and I'm still waiting.. I probably won't be wearing them this winter :(

I got the Raw Boots and couldn't be happier. High quality and construction. I only think that the delivery could be a little quicker (9 days to deliver to Portugal). Otherwise highly recommended!

Asphalte offers great clothes that are really sustainable and high-quality. Ordering via app is simple but if you are pre-ordering, you have to wait a couple of weeks until the clothes are made and sent to you. But this is fine because you your window of delivery before you order. Even if you have to return your clothes, the refund is pretty fast after the return is shipped back to France. And the customer care even better. I had a small problem with my refund and just wrote a message via app problem was solved within two days and the refund was back on my account within two more days.

Great items! I‘m ordering permanently and I am totally convinced. Price is also ok for the great quality! Deserved 5 stars.

Excellent customer service. All orders get detailed and accurate shipment tracking. A problem with a non-fitting piece was handled smoothly and professionally by the customer service. Return shipment was no problem.
