Scammers
This company is fake. I ordered and now trying to cancel and I am well within my rights to cancel. They stated that the order is shipped even though I asked them to cancel within 5 mins if ordering. Even the positive reviews are fake. Don’t buy their product and let’s sue them together
I like many other has fallen for the online review about this Aspirato vacuum.
After placing the order, I felt something isn't right, I came here to check on the reviews.
After reading all the negative reviews, I emailed Aspirato to cancel the order.
Which is only 5-10 mins after Oder was placed.
I received a reply that they can't cancel my order as it was shipped already. Which is nonsense.
They claim they have a 14 days return policy, so I have nothing to worry about.
I've contacted my bank, and they claim they need to investigate, however if found that the transaction was authorized by the cardholder, they will debit my card.
Which means there is no way getting back my hard earned money.
What can I do, to stop this company to keep on scamming ppl?

The vaccum is poorly made and falls apart. A clip is missing from 'the host' so that the battery can not connect properly. Their customer service is appalling. Initially they replied to my emails offering discounts to keep the broken vacuum, which I declined. Now, they won't reply to my emails at all and refused to provide a returns address.
SCAM!!! avoid at all cost unless you want to lose your time and money… bad product (way under expectations and selling preposition), no return possible only to china what makes it unreasonable impossible… no refund… lost money basically!!! its a nightmare… please close this online shop, its a facade china based using postal addresses for local shipment (one way only)… fraud business for any consumer because it’s overpriced… any good reviews must be paid for sure!!! SCAM!!!
Don’t buy it. It is not a strong device. They claim that you get 90 days to return the device but it’s a big lie. They ask you lots of questions and offer you discount codes so you don’t return it. I’ve already send 4 emails where I said that I want to return it. They just try to avoid my request!! Please safe your money and don’t buy it
