Aspire Logo Design Reviews 

This is a massive hussle. They never delivered what I paid for. They gave me some demo items and then required that I pay more money to go through their trademark process or they would not deliver what they promised. They refused to do anything else or give me what I paid them for. Now they are sending me phishing emails to get more money. Just a total rip off, highly recommend avoiding them and going with an independent person you can find on a freelance site.

Absolute scam. They made the designs and they looked great but when it came time to give me the final designs (no watermarks) they put me on the run around for TWO YEARS. And NOW they want $1,000 to “register the trademark”. Absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Guarantee the “perfect” reviews never received a final product.

Complete scam!!! Do not use them for trademark or copyright. I waited 1+ year and still didnt get a response. I submitted multiple disputes and still got no response! They're very fast at responding when you need to purchase something, but if its a follow up call, they will not respond! SCAM. When i finally got a call back, they told me i had to pay an extra 1k to get it processed, on top of what i already paid a year + ago! Customer service is horrible! Oh by the way, I got a "Go f*** myself" response at the end of my call.

This company has told people they built my website. They did not have anything to do with my website and have been warned not to use it in the future. My RV Inspection is my company and the website clearly says at the bottom designed by My RV Resource which is my other website.

We chose Aspire Logo design because of their positive reviews and money back guarantee. I'm a big proponent of positive reviews and I think other customer experiences hold value. After we purchased our package things started off great, within a few days we had a design which we were happy with. I reached out to our designer to confirm our logo, stationary and business card designs and never heard back. 7 days later I reached out again regarding our files and final design, no response. 21 days after that I reached out again, no response. I opened a dispute over 80 days ago, no response. This was almost 100 days ago, over 3 months. Finally I reached out again and was flooded with excuses. I find myself to be a reasonable person, even among a pandemic, 100 days is inexcusable. I was told my designer had to quarantine for 2 weeks which is why I didn't receive a response or my final files...2 weeks and 100 days aren't equivalent. What bothers me the most is if I would have never reached out, as many times as I did, I would have never heard from anyone and would have been robbed of my money. I was forced to make my own stationary and business cards because their company was not dependable.

I have spoken with several supervisors and managers. I was originally told a refund wasn't an issue, that their priority was a satisfied customer. But was then ghosted again and never received a call back. When I reached out again today, I was told the work was done (even though I didn't receive it for over 100 days) and that a refund wasn't possible. It seems like there are inconsistencies in their company, poor communication, and an overall lack of integrity. I'm glad other people had positive experiences. Unfortunately mine did not have a happy ending.

I’m very thankful to God 1st and foremost that I am working with Aspire Logo and Design. Prior to receiving a call from the head of my project I had been mentally holding onto a vision that I had for my company for a couple of years. No one seem to have understood what I desired and why, so I went through several hoops of what I would have to do in order to get this off the ground. I was losing hope but that takes a ton to break me because I had ingested this vision mentally so it was mine. And one day after literally another wall hit, boom I receive a call from George Clapton who said he pulled my file going through old files. I told George I didn’t even use the logo they had designed for me in the past and he insisted with sincerity that the logo was the handshake. Right away I knew my world was beginning to unfold the way I had envisioned it. George’s character was very captive in the sense of being a great listener and most importantly repeating back to me all of the answers to making my dream manifest. George is very passionate and knowledgeable about his Job. This serene energy seem to be a part of there culture Aspire. Jumping ahead George introduced Mr. Steve Phoenix via call whom is his boss, a very busy gentleman, and he left me totally speechless. Wonderful soul and he had an optimistic view about how we will bring this vision into fruition. The best 7 min call I’ve had to date. Moving right along after deciding where we would begin Mr. George Clapton introduce me to his project manager Mr. Jay Anderson. The first call brought me sense of calmness never felt before. Another great listener and really vibrant energy. Prior to receiving my first sample from Jay I was completely in the dark and trusted Aspire to bring that landing page to life based off of my vision and. I. Was. Literally floored from what I received. They nailed it. I think you get my point that if you are looking for a team to help bring your visions to light or to the world and not only just bring it to light but Aspire is willing to provide you with every tool to make it a success then Aspire Logo Design is undoubtedly the way to go!! Friendly service dedicated to satisfy the customer. I had a logo done with them. While I think it took a bit to long between revisions I can't realy complain because the cost was cheap. I would refer.

I loved the service of the graphic designers. The Project Manager Jay White made me feel like a VIP. Product delivered promptly and with fantastic results. I highly recommend this company to handle any of your graphic design needs, I also plan on using there services in the near future. In addition to recommending the company for their work on graphic design, they offer other great services to fit all of your needs.

Aspire is a great value for your logo design. They have a talented team of designers and the online review process is simple and easy. I am very satisfied with the logo product. On the downside, they do aggressively market additional services, most especially web design. That's great if you need it, but be clear if you do or don't. Same with trademark registrations; if you need to register with the US Patent and Trademark Office, their offer is helpful, but be clear if you need that too.

They 100% guaranteed refund and service.
But it is 100% not ture. I am still waiting for my refund and I can't get their customer service. They blocked me. Also design quality is a jerk. Don't throw away your money to them!!!

I found this site searching the internet and they did a great job. I was leery at first, but the end result exceeded my expectations.
