We started our investment property journey in December with Aspire, and within matter of weeks, Claire had found a property for us. We sugggested a few tweaks to how the property was presented to us, in terms of location, price per square foot etc, and these were all taken on board for the second property.
Once the property was source and we accepted it, we were then handed over to Terri to get us over the fencing line. She was a joy to work with always keeping us in the loop, by April we had completed on our first property. And now in the process of finalising on a second property.
