An unprofessional, racist shop with very arrogant and ignorant attitude toward Asian.
The way this shop chooses to market itself is shocking. Publicly using phrases like “made in China sh*t” is offensive, xenophobic, and deeply unprofessional. There are countless ways to talk about quality, craftsmanship, or sourcing without insulting an entire country and the people associated with it.
This kind of messaging has no place in a wedding business, which should stand for respect, inclusivity, and celebration.
Can’t imagine wearing a wedding dress from a stupid racist store on the most important day of your life. Pathetic.
ofc no chinese here, because you are racism shit.
BTW im kinda surprised in halland there are so many people conduct such discriminatory behavior, kinda show what kind of people you are tho.......a low place for civilization.
Let me tell you about the wild adventure of hunting for the dream wedding dress! I was a nervous wreck, my stomach doing somersaults at the thought of sifting through a gazillion dresses. How do you even pick the one? I mean, I love my grandma, but I wasn’t about to channel her vintage vibes on my big day.
Upon entering, Esmé, the fairy godmother of bridal bliss at Assepoester was right there ready to assist! From the moment we waltzed in, she was like a dress-whisperer. First, she had me fill out this super cute questionnaire. Think of it as a matchmaking profile for my wedding vibe and venue. Then, I got to play dress-up, picking out four gowns to give Esmé a hint of my style. Spoiler: I had no clue what I was doing, but she was already ten steps ahead. Esmé didn’t just help—she swooped in like a bridal superhero, pulling dresses I’d never have dared try on my own. And let me tell you, she NAILED it.
One dress had me feeling like a legit princess, and I was shook because I thought I could never pull it off. Esmé’s infectious enthusiasm and knack for making me feel like a million bucks turned what could’ve been a stress-fest into an absolute blast.
She was patient, hilarious, and made the whole process smoother than buttercream frosting. Huge shoutout to Assepoester and the magical Esmé for helping me find the dress that makes me feel like I’m walking on clouds. I’m ready to walk down the aisle, and I owe it all to you!
I visited the shop at the 05/03 and upon arrival I had to fill in a form containing the information pertaining to my wedding celebration, I was also alone and I was asked whether I could be able to choose a dress by myself (which I thought it was a bit weird/ rude question). I already had read a evaluation regardinh going alone and the other costumer wasn’t satisfied with how it went, so I was cautious. I was told I had to wait about an hour (I arrived there about 10:45 or so). I went for a stroll in the city meanwhile I waited for their call, which happened around 12:30h, so it took longer than expected, by then I was very hungry and tired (you can eat before trying on a dress, right?). When I arrived there Esmée took care of me and asked me to choose three dresses I would like to try out and that she would help me to undress. I was set on finding one dress under 1000€ but I did not find anything cheaper than that, and if there was, was probably an extremely simple dress that does not evoke “wedding vibes”, so this is the main reason why I am giving 4 stars, on the website it says from 699, which I did not see. Well, I then increased my budget because I do want to look great on my special day. Esmee was great in helping me and she was genuinely interested in helping. She provided me with some of her own suggestions which were great and helpful. I was on a video call with my mom (we are both foreigners) and she make herself available to record me or take pictures, which I appreciate very much. I also enjoyed the fact that she wasn’t the type of aggressive seller that is on top of you: at every change of dress she left me alone to have a moment with the dress and to be able to develop my own opinion. Honestly the service that I got surpassed a lot my expectations, also because I was alone and did not want to be judged by that. I left the shop for an hour so I could discuss the choice of dress with my family and when I came back I tried dresses again. I was very well treated once again by Esmee and finally chose the dress! My 4 stars is because of the waiting time and because of the prices that didn’t seem to be according to what was advertised, but the service was great!!!
Went with my cosuin, and dresses were great. We found a great dress thanks to Sigrid, she was very helpful!
