The support team are pretty good, and the lady that supported us with onboarding was lovely. They charge a decent fee, but it's a world-class asset system that feels so solid and reliable. Every request I've made they've been able to action quickly and politely.

Couple of minor niggles that we could never resolve but that's mainly just due to the client having some very 'unique' requirements for how assets are viewed/displayed. - but I can't fault Asset Bank for this. - They need to have a system that works well for the 99% of users and not accommodate for every other strange little request that comes through.

We have recently migrated from on-premise to the cloud. This migration was seamless and stress-free. The team took care of every detail and kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process. I couldn’t fault them. After the migration, their support team was very quick to answer any questions I had about the new features now available to us.

Asset Bank is a fantastic one-stop location for all of our archival images. It has also proven to be a huge time saver when it comes to searching for a specific photo. Uploading assets, adding tags and keywords is quick and easy. The dashboard and reporting features are handy to keep track of search terms and populate usage, search and asset reports.

Using Asset Bank for around 10 years now and love how we can configure nearly everything to fit our needs. And when you run into anything you can't figure out, support is swift in their response!

Of course there are always things to improve, as with any piece of software, but overall it does a lot very good without any hassle! And new fixes and improvements are added throughout the year 💪💪.

We've been using Asset Bank for a couple of years now to store our photos and consent forms. It is super easy and it's search function is brilliant. We are migrating over to the cloud so are looking forward to the benefits that will bring. The team at Asset Bank are also always on hand to advise and guide, should you need them.

Asset banks customer service and support desk have been great since I have been using them. Whenever my company needs something they work with us to achieve our goals. Its also a great DAM platform.

Asset Bank is a fantastic DAM. We use it for our Print PDF files and it can search for strings of text and then add them to a custom lightbox. Mulitple examples of time saving features that not only help search for pdfs but also let the customers think you have a Magic Wand. Answering queries within minutes. We also use it to send out reminders when the document review date expires and automated emails get sent direct to the customer.

From onboarding and support to helping us to keep our assets in order, the team at Asset Bank have been very accommodating and always quick to respond.

Asset Bank has been an incredible tool for my organization. We focus on using authentic photos in all of our marketing, which means we are constantly collecting visual images of our programs, parks, trails and facilities. Asset Bank allows us to quickly search and find what we need for different advertising projects. Additionally, other staff members have the ability to upload photos they've taken to add to our collection. I would recommend this software for anyone looking for simple photo storage for any size organization.
