Excellent company and very professional staff. Darren and his son removed a Bath and fitted a shower for my parents, the work was exceptional and it looks great and is so much easier for them. They completed this in the timeframe they said they would and their prices are competitive. A very high standard of work, also very tidy and such lovely people. Would definitely recommend this company.

Thank for my new bathroom that is better than I had thought. The tradesmen were brilliant.

5+ stars. The guys took on fitting a new shower for Mum when we were let down by another operator. Fitted the shower with no fuss, and for a good price. They let her know when they were coming, were friendly and helpful on site and did it quickly too.

Would highly recommend this company, everything was done professionally. Pleased with everything that was planned and the end result was amazing, totally transformed our Bathroom, Kain, worked constantly and nothing was too much trouble, will be telling family and friends about Assisted living, A massive thank you to All.

From start to finish we have had a first class customer service experience. From the initial consultation we were left very reassured that we were in the right hands and then once we had our design sent over we were invited to the showroom so that my mum could see and sit in the bath to make sure she would be able to manage. Installation was just as professional and it looks absolutely perfect, the workmanship and how clean everywhere was is amazing. 100% recommend. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and very nice kind people. The service from Cheryl has been excellent from start to finish, very understanding and considerate of our needs. Kevin who came to fit the bath just got on with the job without any fuss. We are very happy with the finished product.

We had a sit in bath fitted today. Warren (aka the Welsh Wizard) was a great fitter. Very understanding with my parents and an experienced and skilled worker. He explained everything well and cleared up after himself.
Steve the survey man was also lovely and the ladies in the office were very friendly and efficient. A good experience all round.

Very pleasant, considerate, professional company. Work was carried out to the highest of standards and on the time frame given to us with very little inconvenience to ourselves. Really pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend this company.

Assisted Living Ltd have supplied us with a fantastic wet room, with specialist non slip flooring, floating furniture and under floor heating. Quality of the products and installation is very high and showering is now a pleasure. I would definately recommend this company.

I need to add a special mention about Chris to my review on Assisted Living yesterday. He was absolutely fantastic. He arrived promptly each day, was very tidy and he consulted us on everything from where to position grab rails, height of shower seat to even showing us three colours of silicone to fill in any gaps.

Had a walk in shower fitted for my Mum last week by the Welsh Wizard.
What can I say? Warren worked so hard and efficiently and finished the job in record time. Old skool work ethic which is extremely rare these days, it didn't go unnoticed.
He really respected Mums home and left everywhere in pristine condition.
Also the customer service with assisted living has been exceptional.
Would highly recommend!

The initial check for what was required.This was carried out and explained very well.
The actual work was completed very competently and the finished fob was excellent.
The cost of the installation was much less than the the next nearest quote.
The waiting time after the quote was accepted was very quick.

From the very beginning of the process to the completion, all the staff at Assisted Living provided a very professional and prompt service. We were informed of how the installation would be conducted step by step. Our fitter arrived.He was polite, conscientious and considerate. His workmanship was excellent. At times, the installation proved challenging as we live in an old cottage, but he dealt with the issues confidently. It was a pleasure having him around. He dealt sensitively with my husband's illness. And, we did find time to share a cup of tea with him! We felt we had gained a friend by the end. The whole process was very efficient, with the Assisted Living team co-operating as one. We felt the set up of the business was faultless. The end result was excellent and truly meets our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend them and, indeed have done so already.

Assisted Living were commissioned to install an accessible wet room at my property as part of a facilities grant applied for by myself with my local council. The company was very polite throughout and worked with me to understand my needs providing variations of quotes as circumstances changed throughout my journey. The advisor I communicated with at Assisted Living was clear and consistent throughout, having additional skill and awareness in order to develop plans in my best interests. The office staff were very polite and accommodating throughout. The installation was a timely and pleasant experience, I am sure all installers are great but my partner and I feel very fortunate to have had the gentleman we had installing, so personable, very respectful of the property and very engaging with ourselves as people. He was very conscientious and really cared about the job he was doing. He was collaborative with us and even played with our dog who loves to get in the way. All round an A++ service throughout.

I have a very small bathroom, and I wanted the bath removed and a shower to replace it I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy job.
So along came Assisted Living, Chris gave me a very good quote with plans and photos of how it would look when finished, I was very pleased and asked them to do the job.
Also I was pleased the way Cheryl handled the paper work and my phone calls.
The work was carried out by Andy, who did a first class job considering how small the bathroom is, always left the bathroom spotless when he finished each day.once again well done Andy.
All the rubbish was removed as soon as the job was finished.

We had our bathroom converted into an accessible shower room.
Chris came out and did the survey, working with us on our ideas. He brought samples of materials etc and came up with an idea which works very well. We received the plan and quotation from him very quickly.
The quote was very fair for the quality of the fittings and extent of work required.
Cheryl liaised with us to arrange delivery and installation. She was there whenever we needed to know anything.
Everything was delivered on time and with consideration.
Our fitter Adam was outstanding and took great care and pride in his work and was very mindful and considerate of us and our property.( He even stacked the rubbish very neatly).
After work completed the rubbish was removed the next working day, again by very efficient and courteous people.
The end result looks lovely and exactly meets our needs.
