Nicola and the team have been great! They took care of everything from a planning point and view and the installation was very smooth. When planning issues arose, Nicola went above and beyond to sort things out and ensure our appeal went through. I would highly recommend ACT - very professional!

We had ACT install solar and battery system at are home and as promised the scaffolding went up on the day they said it would. the work men came and started the job with no fuss and very clean working.on completion they tock me through the install and how to use the system. are energy bills have come down as expected we would highly recommend ACT for solar works with out a doubt.

Associated Clean Technologies were very efficient and quick to respond to my initial enquiry - they were quick to provide a quote and the installation of the solar panels went well and they have followed up an issue we had with the inverter by replacing it as soon as they could. They were very pleasant and helpful to deal with. They have supplied all the handover documents, and we're just waiting for access to the online portal once a data issue at our end is resolved. Would recommend them.

We have recently employed ACT to undertake two projects for us. Both these jobs were at the opposite ends of the spectrum to one another.

Job 1 - was a large 174 panel, 75kWp, PV system that was integrated in to the roof during re-roofing works of a building refurbishment

Job 2 – was the installation of a Tesla Powerwall.

From the initial design, right though to completion of these projects, both were treated with the same care and attention to detail. The works were completed to a high standard and both ourselves and our clients were kept fully informed of the processes at all times.

For the PV project, the ACT site team worked seamlessly alongside the main contractor and roofing contractor to deliver the project within the contract programme.

All in all, the ACT team have been a pleasure to work with. We would have no hesitation in using ACT again, or recommending them to others, no matter what the size of your project.

Great communication, before, during and after. Everything was explained thoroughly, and if we had any questions, the team were quick to get back to us. ACT have just installed an upgrade to 5kw in roof panels along with a battery back up system. Service was great from Danny and the back up/info from the administration staff was very good throughout helping us transfer our FIT/organising all the paperwork etc. The installation and wiring is neat and professional. From the initial phone call to completion, the service was first class. Nicola kept us fully informed about every step of the process, and was always available to talk to for advice.

ACT have invited us to collaborate on several solar PV and battery storage projects recently. It has been great for us to learn and develop our knowledge whilst working with them. Projects are booked in advance and a full installation pack provided so we can have a full understanding of the different jobs/products we are working on.

We have recently used ACT to complete a small solar installation for my Business.
ACT managed the process really well from start to finish. They answered all of my questions and provided detailed quotations, payback periods and installation plans.
ACT managed the scaffolding, roof works and installation as well completing all of the documents and setting up the App so we can monitor the Solar Production.
They are a great company and would recommend them to anyone.

From first enquiry to post install check the team at ACT have been brilliant. A quick and painless initial estimate followed up by the detailed , professional inspection for a firm quote and we were left in no doubt about what we would be getting along with the cost for this.
The install date was confirmed and met without issue, the onsite teams working so well together to get the panels onto the roof and the electrical work completed.
Once installed they ensured we knew how to get the app working to monitor the generation ( and it is addictive!! ) and provided assistance to ensure we could get the SEGS application underway.

Along with the onsite team , the back office is efficient and friendly providing the right level of customer service.

This was a domestic solar install, I would recommend ACT to anyone that is looking for this work to be carried out.
