Payment confirmed dec 17, 2013 for a pair of shoes upto now wala pa din.. i have been patient in following up (ako pa talaga humihingi ng update na minsan lang sinasagot tapos ang sagot puro paasa) and up to this day, running 6 months there's nothing.

i wish i had seen this website and realize the type of business they are running before i went ahead and paid. their business is bad. i wish i could go to their Office Address - 229 Blk. 21 Don Pedro St. Kapalaran Subd. Bgy. Holy Spirit Quezon City - and demand full refund and have the authorities deal with them. if only i live in manila.

After almost 2 yrs I finally got my refund. So people out there don't lose hope, I was disappointed also with this Online Shop before but the owner prove that she is a legitimate Buss Woman. And refunded all of undelivered item to us.

So to be fair to the owner I give her a 5 star.

"Nobody is perfect" Give her a 2nd chance....

It's been 11 months since i posted my order and payed for it. They started by making me wait for 2 weeks, then another week, then another one and so on. 2 months ago, the said that the item would be on their next shipping but since then, they've never given me an update or anything. They drop my calls, disregard my texts, unfriended my from facebook. And they're saying they have 100% guaranteed customer satisfaction? BULLCRAP!

Patience is really a Virtue. The First Shoes i ordered came out with no delays at all. the second one even arrived faster. but for some reason the third one is really delayed. maybe about 2 months, but it arrived as always. other than delay (which is they said will be improved) no other issues concerns me about the seller. Great CS also.

It's always better to under promise and over deliver. This is one trade practice this company obviously does not understand. Why not put the true lead time of delivery? Let's say 5-8 weeks. If it arrives earlier, then great. Atleast those who buy from your site will not expect it in a couple of weeks. Why would you put 7-10 days and mislead people? Ans for refunding, it should be 3 days maximum after client has requested a refund. I do hope you fix your business practice.

They asked me the ETA of my order but I didn't got the package on time due to the holiday in China. I understand that it is beyond their control. But I hope they told me earlier since the dress I order will be used in a wedding. Nonetheless, they are accommodating to my inquiries and pangungulit.

The service has a little delay but the treatment for the customer is excellent. The items are in very good condition, worth of the price (some are cheaper). Keep it up!

I thought at first that my order would never arrive, since it was my first time ordering from this company. I knew that the items were for pre-order but I still went ahead and paid for my order anyway. I didn't even read their feedbacks. Maybe you'll think that I'm stupid or something, but sometimes I just take something on good faith. So anyway, they said that my order would be delivered in 2 weeks, so I texted them to follow up on my order but they said that it would be delivered on the following week rather than the forementioned 2nd week, so I was rather understandably upset. I thought that they were just yanking my chain. But still I gave them the benefit of the doubt, since they were quite accommodating with my querries. On the 3rd week, my order was still not delivered so I texted them again. They were apologetic and told me that they had a problem with their supplier and they told me my order would arrive by next week. Well it took about a month, but I finally got my order of 3 pandora bracelets from them. And I have to say that it was worth the wait, the bracelets are very beautiful and were very cheap as well. I give this company 5 stars because eventhough I was made to wait for my order, they responded to all my texts and they made sure that I got the items I ordered in good condition. I'm sure that I'll be ordering from them again.

my order did not come, and the customer service did not even bother to give me updates via email, sms or through facebook. they will only contact me if i contact them first. very reactive. i know they have no intent to scam me, but their overall service is terrible. i would not recommend them.

Got my shoes yesterday. Received my free run after 2 weeks. Very satisfied and worth waiting. I will use it for my run tomorrow. Will definitely recommend u to my running mate.

THE GOOD: The quality of my order (Nike Bag) is very much closer to the one selling in Nike Store. I can't tell the difference between them. It feels so authentic and original. I will reply here if I find it less durable. So far I'm satisfied.

THE BAD: Their shipment is delayed. I bought this bag on 26 Dec 2012 and they only delivered it to my house (Manila, Philippines) yesterday, 12 Feb 2013. Same frustration from the comments below. So if you're going to buy on this online store, expect delays on your order. Don't expect 7-10 working days shipment.

THE UGLY: The staffs of AssortedandGifts don't know the status of your shipment. They will always tell you that they will update you at the end of the day but you will not receive any updates. It's very disappointing and frustrating. Sometimes you may feel like it's a scam. Fortunately, it's not a scam.

CONCLUSION: If you are WILLING TO WAIT for the QUALITY but LESS EXPENSIVE products, you can buy them here. If not, I know you can find same quality from Greenhills, Quiapo, Baclaran and Divisoria.
